O.O oh yeah you are right, now that the soft cap is reached, that means that the project is sure to go, so people will feel confident in investing here, and will rise a little higher, even if we do not reach the hard cap, its sure to raise a lot until the end XD yeah, now we have our project ready Cheesy:D.
I guess people are not that much in a hurry to invest in Real since the 20% bonus wont change till 50.000 ETH are invested. I wonder what would happen if they would be more aggressive with the bonus system.

I hope the price of ETH will rise substantially in the next couple of weeks.
This will give REAL much more leverage in acquiring more properties. Although 10Million is a lot of money, if you start developing real estate, I don't think it's quite that much.

Remained 1 week to the finish of this grandiose ICO, at the moment REAL already collected decent amount,
interesting the hard cap of 150k ETH- will be gained or not before September, 30th

I don't think the hard cap will be reached now unless something spectacular happens. They reached the minimum, so it's all good. Best there is less hype now and more hype after the ICO so that the REAL token will then go up and people who have it are richer for it  Grin

It's way unlikely. But still, if the project can run with the current amount of money it's good for me. Actually, market cap of the coin will be lower 1/3  now compared to if it gets to the hard cap so it's better for investors. Bad for company but I'm an investor Smiley

What people are not realising is that it doesnt have to be fancy hotel complexes and vacation resorts.

I would much rather multiple small properties, such as commuter belt housing, student housing, renovations etc

less risk, just as high a yield

Etherum has dropped last week, that days are a nice time to invest some Etherum to REAL ,yes ,i am the one of them.

Reaching minimal cap is good thing but they will raise a lot more that this. Even hard cap can be reached till the end of ICO. People will be much more confident to invest because they will know that this project will start no matter what  Cheesy

I trust the team to chose the properties to buy. They have so much experience in the real estate market, they know what properties to get that will generate a high monthly income compared to the purchase price.

I think tourist sector is a very good field for real estate investments. More and more people are able to afford traveling.

ETH will rise for sure.
Also hope this will be soon Wink, would like to see all my previous investment rise again!

Cant wait to see REAL on exchanges and see what the market will do with the price.

Ico was when the market fell. It is not a good development for the project, but it has received more attention than similar projects. Project that can generate long-term gains.

Raising over 10$M USD during all the FUD last month and this month... this is just incredible!
REAL is one of those ICO's that can give back the trust to a lot of investors.

but would that cause a problem? tourism is often more profitable in total in a short peroid of time compared with "normal" tenants

Yes REAL ico is a nice sucess, that show that we  are a lot to enjoy the project and the fact to invest in real estate. With more than 10 millions they can do so much things, the Platform will be awesome, im impatient to start to use the platform and earn my first eth as dividend.

Spain - an excellent platform for tourism, In this successful country, favorable ground for tourism, and given that Barcelona can become - Catalan,

Hey, about that the Crowdfunding Push Fund. At the token sale's current rate there is by far not enough to pay for the Core Operating Budget of 43,759 ETH. In fact they'd have to raise over 218,795 ETH, more than the most recent version of the whitepaper's hard cap, to have any money left to put into that Crowdfunding Push Fund. Without budget cuts the tokens represent a negative balance. (Not a problem per se mind you, considering popular stocks despite their companies operating at a loss.)

So we can assume that the Crowdfunding Push Fund is off the table? Then what will put a floor under the Real token price?

Good idea if someone is still hesitating. ETH will probably have nice rebound and nice bull run in next weeks. Also there are only 6 days left for REAL ICO, so don't miss your chances for investing  Wink
