Ok, will there be the 40,000 ETH until the end or not?  Roll Eyes It would really be good but on the other side less tokens mean higher chances to go up in price if the project will be a hit, what I really think Smiley

There is a nice article comparing the performance of low funded and high funded startups. The least funded startups grew by 89% while the most funded only 22%.

Well if it is like this, it's ok to stay under hard cap, really Cheesy
It may be but the more funding they raise the more real estate they'll be able to buy Wink

Well, EtherDelta is not a good platform in my opinion.

I stay far from this one.

You can get used to Etherdelta, there's nothing complicated there. Slowly working, not popular, yes it is.

What will happen to unsold tokens? Will they be burned or used for community building?
can look on page 30 whitepaper: All unsold tokens will be burned.
but there is still time, I think the big investors are waiting for the last day , BTW what limit on 1 person?

Not 100% sure about the limit, but I think there is no limit at all. If you want to buy a big batch of tokens, you just can buy them.

on daily basis raising is 200 ether or more is big money. keep investors investing. but i think last week of ICO will raise more fast. but this time is actually is good time to invest on real estate because 20% bonus. but later on last week i don't think 20% bonus available.
Only 2 days left, token sale will end on September 30, 2017.
Waiting for some news  Smiley

A lot of ICOs will end the 30th of September, REAL is one of them, so that day a lot of investors will give some money to a few ICOs really fast, it always happened, this will be no different, let's hope REAL get a good chunk of it Cheesy.
Yeah, one of the many tricks of the ICO trade seems to be, to scout out other ICO startups, follow their projects closely, find a suitable date for your own launch, and then base your end date around theirs, especially if it happens to be a similar competitor's startup. If all the above fails, spread the F.U.D about your competitor, and flood the announcement channel, like they (Fudders) did Centra.

Etherdelta is what they call the Regret exchange of erc20 token, why? because its decentralize which is good but this is where the hunters dump their bounties and investors bonuses,.so ready your ETH and buy more.
Nice name - regret exchange  Grin but seriously dumpers will be always dumping coins. It's normal and the price will stabilise after couple of weeks
It's not always like that. For example, the project VibeHub doubled after getting on etherdelta. There were no dumps.

The funding is still running and still some more time left, once the traders or investors get to understand better the concept of this project, they will adopt this one and that will happen even on the last days of the funding or later after they get curious why this thread is very alive.

i would not advise to trade there.

Ether delta is a decentralized exchange, so you can't hack it, BUT, you don't need to destroy a vault to get in, just fool the guard to give you the keys and you are set, there was a phishing hack in etherdelta, as well as Myetherwallet, really, the fault here is the people that didn't realize they were getting into a false exchange, so no amount of antivirus, anti-JScript, anti-keylogger would have saved you, the moment you log in in the false page, you gave your key to the hackers, and BAM, you get to be stolen, recommendation, bookmark every important page you use, don't use links or google, laziness is your worst enemy, I have memorized 3 master password of about 30 characters that give me access to my other 30 passwords of 30 characters each I don't know, so security is Key here, Etherdelta is a good exchange, it allows you to trade eth tokens before they get on exchanges officially.

In another note, just 2 days before ICO finished, be fast and invest XD, wow, it has been a good ride Cheesy.

Very good article that makes me happy that i invested. The burning of unsold tokens is a good upside for anybody who invested.

And there's more room to grow! That's why i personally like to browse low cap coins, because when they rise, they rise to the moon! Then again i understand that projects like this need more starting capital then most virtual currencies that don't have real world assets tied to them.

Unfortunately, hacks, and other types of breaches are prone to happen on decentralized exchanges.
That is one of the downsides of a decentralized exchange. Somebody is always looking for an exploit.
Luckily, I never sent any coins there.

It may be but the more funding they raise the more real estate they'll be able to buy Wink

Yeah, I kind of agree with that because REAL as a real estate crowdfunding platform is not completely comparable with purely software-based companies that can run lean. To make profits on real estate it is probably best to have an extensive asset portfolio.

So if anyone has read the update, Asia is on the list to invest.

Cambodia is a good choice, currently it has an oversupply of Condos due to Chinese and Japanese money. Good time to buy.

of the current ICO projects, i dont see that someone would have collected more money, this is a real estate project, it takes a lot of investment, and it's worth it - real estate is reliable, the asset that exists in the material world!

Thanks for information, I really feel doubt when the soft cap of Real project very high, need to sold out more than 25 million tokens to reach soft cap lol.
But luckily, devs have a smart decision is decrease this cap and burn all token can not sold, a good choice to succeed.
