No, it's all about Stake 5th birthday which will be celebrated on Monday, 8th August. They have mentioned it in the tweet. However, there could be some additional bonus if Everton start their Premier League journey with a victory. Moreover, Stake has recently launched a new website for US residents. Why didn't the topic name changed already? I do not know if Stake is still sponsoring Watford or not but I know that they are at the lower league right now, whereas they paid 10 million pounds to be Evertons sponsor and they haven't changed the name of the topic yet. Giving additional bonus upon complying with the KYC is a good idea from Stake. Even if there are people who are afraid doing KYC, gambling businesses will still implement it because it is needed to maintain their licenses and also to protect their platform away from criminals. People don't need to be afraid complying to KYC as long as the website is reputable.

I agree with you that you must use VPN to play these games from unique countries. Well that's what I thought but to clarify promos like this are indeed available from third parties (streamers) Xposed and Foss are some of them as I mentioned above but now they don't offer it anymore because videos like this are deleted by Youtube. Moreover, promos and bonuses are given by third parties directly not from stake.com

To be honest, they wrote that there is no "no-deposit bonus" but they promote a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit if it is worth more than $100. But I agree, probably just clickbait to attract referrals since Stake doesn't promote welcome bonuses on first deposits anywhere.
