If we on a good streak and win a lot not getting a huge bonus ~XD but I agree with this scheme, since almost 90% of people is losing while gambling. So give more money to the person who are on losing section is good.

As you've made a good profit this month, it is being considered while calculating the bonus for the month. That seems to be the reason why you've got a lower monthly bonus against other months.

According to Stake this is the second month of the new and improved monthly bonus!

Yes, the bonuses were associated with the lose experienced during the time period for which the wager is being calculated. During the last week once after receiving the weeks campaign payment I used it. I lost the amount in less than 10 rolls. What I lost is $50 and what I earned today through the bonus claim is 51 dogecoin. If I haven't lost it, I might've got something around 30 dogecoin. So, if is much associated with the loss.

The "exact" formula of what and how they pay is not known and will probably never be known. Don't get me wrong it's not a big deal, because if you gamble just for this, you are already doing something wrong, if you are not gambling for this, then whatever you get is a benefit.

There are some people who love to maximize their profit as much as possible, and if you give the exact formula to everyone, there will be plenty of people who will try to maximize their profits and that's not doable and understandable. However, what we could do instead is to get to a point where we just ignore all the additions and rewards and extras, and instead just end up with regular gambling, which happens to get some stuff.

Nothing to get shocked. He have poured his anxiety on the support team. We don't know how far this incident is real. When this is a to be true, it is to be contemptible. When a platform grow, it should consider the users and do the best to gain reputation. What the user said is wrong and the support team should've provided the reason and proceeded further.
