I started playing on Stake.com when they launched their sports book. Made it nearly to plat 6.. Last year I decided to take a break and self-excluded for a year.. my year is UP and still can't login, I emailed them and they said I did it permanently. I never did that, I was 6% away from Plat 5. I had also affiliate earnings and balance that they are refusing me to withdraw. I will be seeking legal help to try and get my funds back against Stake. You guys cater to the big streamers and celebrities, but the little guys like myself who made Stake.com possible at the beginning get ignored.

They refuse to give me back my account and say I requested it, I did not request that shit. I will be posting everywhere until either my funds are returned or my account is reinstated. Proceed with caution. They have grown very popular with the fake streamers and celebrities advertising it, but they are scammers. I have sunk over 200K onto that website of my own money and to be told I'm a liar.

And if Stake has done no wrong why ban me from the sub reddit when I post proof? Cause it's a platform they control and can manipulate.

What users need to bear in their mind is that no site will be able to satisfy all their users in such case due to timezone.
Even if they drop the bonus code in different time that what they did yesterday, there will be other complaints from other users of different timezone.

If you would be banned, you wouldn't be able to login to your account and place bets; but the limit seems very low indeed. I would try to contact Stunna by PM on this forum; he is quite active here and it will be easiest to get an official reply from Stake in that way.

Although the betting site sets a max bet limit, but the odds provider reduces the max bet limit for some users by following their betting patterns. The live support agent has nothing to do there. Your max bet limit may decrease more if your betting patterns remain same. Do you always place bets on those events where the risk is too low? I guess you were consistently winning which is what gambling sites hate the most. They usually end up limiting or outright banning the player though they don't steal their funds.

I know people who experienced similar issues with FIAT and crypto gambling sites after winning consistently. If this is why you got limited, I suggest moving to other legit sites.

Winning consistently is super rarely because casinos don't design theirs like that. You can win or lose but casinos control the games.

Consistently winning is suspicious and if total value of winnings is big, your account will be further investigated. If you are legit, you will be paid. If you cheated, exploited the casino for your winnings, you will not be paid and your account will be banned.

Winnings don't mean you will be able to claim and withdraw them all. Casinos have rules to limit total wins and reject or approve your withdrawal requests.

Scam casinos will change their Terms of Service without notifications to users. They make changes to reject payments to winners and to scam.

Self-moderated topics. That's what casinos need, and I get that there could be some scam ones like 1xbit which would use it for bad reasons and to keep on scamming people, but when you open a scam accusation and a trust warning, they will have that risk carried into their topic as well.

In this case, we would be able to say that if Stake had a self-moderated topic, they could have simply just focus on the good parts, and people who are annoying like him would get their messages deleted. But I also do understand keeping them as well, it allows the people to see how we think they are annoying and side with Stake, and that works out well for Stake in the long run.

I %100 agree. Something as huge as Stake can't survive with just moderators and hope that they would ban the things that are irrelevant, in fact it could be following the rules of the forum but it would be terrible for us all. I prefer that it would be better if they switch to self-moderated. I believe it won't be that hard neither, just start another topic and you are good to go. Don't know if self-moderated ones are allowed in gambling though, if not then tough luck. There are sections you can't do that, so maybe this is one of them, auction doesn't allow you for example. All in all, I guess if they restart the topic, the lost pages wouldn't mean a thing at all, and they could get 100+ pages inside a year all over again.

In your article they say the opposite precisely, it's something made by sportsbooks. Moreover the customer of the casino, is not the customer of the odds provider, so there is no reason for them to make things like that on their own. It's not their business. How casinos would keep high rollers and manage their streamers or their sponsored ambassadors, if odds providers were doing this kind of thing on their own? Sorry but by bets with low risk,you mean low odds? I read Stunna replies on the other thread but I do not belong to any match fixing candidate. I am just sometimes following some Tipsters bets. Without any evidence something posted on the announcement page is just words. Stake always responds when there is accusation with proof. Similar problems have been solved. Most of the time accusations happen once after losing big as the user won't be able to accept the loss.
