As per the chat logs that he provides. The support find a bonus abused by using multiple account which is the reason for his account restrictions on bonus. Most of the casino will typically ban him and not just restrict him on the bonus part because maybe Stake still consider him as valuable player despite the abused.

I have same issue to you on Fortunejack before and they request me to choose what account to delete but they never disclosed in the chat what is the other account connected to me when I requested it because I forgot already the username of my old account.

Perhaps, Stake found some evidence against your account and reduced your bonuses. Did you use free VPN service or shared IP address? Have you ever made withdrawal to someone else (your friend/known people) wallet address who has account at Stake and used the same address on his account for withdrawal?
These could be some reasons for suspecting you as bonus abusers with multiple accounts. (If you really don't have it)

Yes i am receiving mails and i am getting about none value of monthly, pre and post bonuses, other bonuses might have been reduced too as far as i know, coz i am getting 0.5$ monthly bonus for 30k$ wager and 0.05$ one time coupon for post monthly bonus, which was released recently, and if you havent read properly, read the chat log with the support, they are the one's' who told me marketting team has reduced my above mentioned bonuses with "abuse" as the reason. I think i deserve an explanation as to which accounts support/marketing seems to think are my alts, when i havent registered a single account other than, "Darkstar" on stake, P.S. Abuse of bonus? how? i am playing and doing everything based on casino/community rules..

Stake usually detect multiple account via IP. Is there a chance that you are using VPN while playing because this might be the reason why ypu got connected on multiple accounts except when you really did multiple account which is the kost probable reason here. Stake is not allowed to release details of different accounts as much as possible due to privacy ToS.

You knew that those other account is already a garbage once you already use all the bonus and your main account has the VIP feature so you can literally throw everything and save the main account. There is no way stake will lie about there accusation without any proof.

What are you saying? I never registered multiple accounts, if stake says so, why cant stake show those usernames? What kind of privacy is there to protect? when you already claim those multis are my accounts, i should be able to get the list, right?
P.S. What bonuses? First of all, i have one account only, "darkstar" whichever accounts stake marked as my multi, why cant stake ban those accounts' bonuses instead of my account bonus?

Thank you for these details it helps the community to understand how Stake deals with his customers. But you didn't answer to the question how you have been aware of this "flag"?
Did they notify you about that with an email or a message, or you have discovered it yourself?
I think it's weird for a company to tell a customer he is a "V.I.P. Platinum" customer for them and then to accuse him of being a so-called abuser without any elements nor explanations, I don't find that professional and trustworthy at all.  You have now certainly other restrictions on your account that you are maybe not aware of like some limits on bets, games and promotions on top of your bonuses.  
Moreover I don't understand how having multiple accounts would help customers to abuse monthly bonuses?   It seems those bonuses are now mainly related to the losses of the customer. Basically to earn bonuses you need to lose money.

i have plenty or wager required for minimum bonus for my vip level. and that multiple account and abuse accusation, i am still unclear how and which accounts were involved, as all i can recall is registering and using one and only username: darstar

There is no "FAQ"

You are getting zero bonus If you have multi-account. Your account can be locked, If you have multi-account and abuse the platform. and one thing stake cannot just deleted the account without some confirmation from the user. If  you have multi-account, feel free to share with the team and ask team to deleted the old account or If you not abused anything just leave the account without touching the old account.

This one works and it has happened before they change direct link to specific group of games.
Sometimes, Stake developers change direct links and we have no choice except waiting for them to fix it. It usually causes problems if the user has bookmarked the same link on the browser.

Any idea on how much Stake is giving away for the birthday though? well not saying that I might complete my level 2 KYC just for this but this is purely my curiousity ( or I might if the bonus is decent ). Anyway, I dont think they'll ever give a birthday bonus without KYC because the only reason that they are giving this bonus away is to encourage people to complete their KYC

This is basically an incentive to do KYC level 2, nothing more. You can't have a bonus or a reward for something they want from you, without doing that thing. They want to know your birthday and confirm it, and if you do that then they are going to give you some rewards, if you do not do KYC then how could they reward you for that birthday? Then how would they know your KYC at all as well. You give them the KYC they want, and they give you the reward you want, thats how it works. I personally feel like there is nothing wrong with that, I can trust Stake to keep this information safe and on top of that, my ID is not that secret anyway.

And why would a gambling site ask for medical information? That can certainly violate a lot of health privacy laws and regulations imposed from all over the world. The highest KYC I ever encountered is the physical address of the person and that's just it. That's an imagination. Whether it is Stake or some other gambling platform they'll never request for the medical information. Requesting for the KYC is by norms and keep their system in a perfect condition. To provide birthday bonus, recently Stake have given a notification. Users who are interested will provide the information and receive the rewards on that specific day.

This guy received $25 bonus as his birthday bonus but we do not know which VIP level he is standing in currently. I'm pretty sure VIP level does affect the bonus amount, the same as most other bonuses in Stake. Perhaps the age of our account also has an effect to the bonus amount, but no one knows how the calculation of the birthday bonus. No you are wrong dothebeats and you are spreading fake news, I don't know where you have seen that but the physical address is not the highest KYC level of Stake but its very first one. The highest level(level 4) is giving proofs of your "Source of Funds", which is an understatement for asking proofs of income in reality, after having given all the informations and documentation of level 1, 2 and 3... But many customers complain on internet, that Stake requires very private documents such as statements from the customers' bank (while being a crypto casino), payslips and weird documents not possible to obtain in order to indefinitely lock customers' funds like scammy casinos. So if it's true I wouldn't be surprised if they would ask medical informations to customers to allegedly prove their identity one day.

The same here I don't complete level 2 and this month is my birthday because my account is only at level 1 there is no bonus
Actually the problem was not because of privacy but because my document was outdated and I was lazy to take care of it 
After all, the birthday bonus program will definitely attract the attention of some people.
