Last year I decided to take a break and self-excluded for a year.. my year is UP and still can't login, I emailed them and they said I did it permanently. I never did that, I was 6% away from Plat 5. I had also affiliate earnings and balance that they are refusing me to withdraw. I will be seeking legal help to try and get my funds back against Stake and Edward Craven. You guys cater to the big streamers and celebrities, but the little guys like myself who made Stake.com possible at the beginning get ignored.

Opened up a scam report. I self excluded myself for one year and I know I did that because it was last year. I have affiliates and balance and I never had the chance to claim or withdraw it, now they won’t let me

So because of a fick up on their ends they won’t give me my account back, so I pmD Stunna 6 days ago not a reply, I simply asked them if you don’t want to give my account back that’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere but at least let me collect my affiliates and funds.

I don't understand why you're angry when you've excluded yourself, do you understand that? you could have been inactive, you could not be using your account and then you would come back, but you deleted your account and that means you were giving up your account. in the first place why did you exclude yourself knowing that you had an account with great benefits? you are addicted to gambling and were undergoing treatment for this reason you deleted your account for 1 year and now you want to play again. That's the only thing I can think of right now. because let's be honest, who would delete a vip account if they were in good mental health and wanted to use the account again? if the person wanted to use the account, he would not need to excluded himself, he could stop using the account for a while and then go back to using the account

No matter it is the birthday for the casino or anything like a big event, do not expect the casino to give you free money. Whatever promotion or bonus they will give, it will come with a wagering requirement. Even if they decide to reward their user money with no conditions and wagering requirements, then the money distributed freely will be very less.

as far as I know this is their biggest event I mean in reward there is an increase every year, indeed this is not fully free money because there are requirements but still this is another bonus that is not obtained in other casino.

The 5.000.000 race is not really a giveaway, people will wager hundreds of millions for this and stake will at least make the 5mil back several times because obviously players will lose a lot just to "win" a tiny share  of the pool.

I agree with Chahan on this once, a 30k wager wager over 365 days would have been a far smarter approach for a birthday drop wager requirement than 5k last week. But as we all know stake promo team doesn't really think that far.

This is returning part of stake profit to there customers because they can save it for themselves without sharing it to us if they want but they choose to share extra profit for this giveaway. This giveaway is different to the regular VIP reward benefits so I don’t see the point for not appreciating there giveaway while ywe can receive extra rewards that we can’t get normally.

There is only one reason on why your bonus is small and that is you didn't wager enough but you are lucky that despite of the small bonus you are getting you still manage to make it to up to 10 dollars. That's a sweet win already but you might need to convert it to other cheaper altcoins before you can be able to withdraw it as some coins has a high minimum.

This is only 1 day of the 5 day reload or monthly bonus. So that means you still have 4 days left. Never tried to win more than one out of that 5 day reload but there is no hard feelings because 1 win is still better than nothing at all. We still have that 10-minute reload next time .

They did send it out early and does seem to coincide with an event whenever it happens such as an anniversary or something to do with their sponsorship/main events/etc.
The past two were done mid month or even closer to the end of the month.

Aren't you platinum rank user of Stake? I'm wondering why you received $20 only from the monthly bonus! Are you talking about the birthday bonus drop amount? I was able to claim 3 bonus drop out those 5 drops.

I wish I had kept my emails for over a year ago but I didn't... I have contacted your site. I requested Stake if they dont allow my account back just return my funds.

Have you tried contacting customer service about your account problem, maybe it will solve your problem, because I also have a problem with my account, I will complain via email or cs contact

What users need to bear in their mind is that no site will be able to satisfy all their users in such case due to timezone.
Even if they drop the bonus code in different time that what they did yesterday, there will be other complaints from other users of different timezone.
I was able to claim 2 codes yesterday, the first 2 codes if I remember it correctly and I would not complain even if I cant claim the code because the time of the drop is not friendly for me.

I am living in Europe and the first 3 drops have been too early, as usual. So there are only 2 remaining.

Also instead of making the drops only for players that wagered last week (5k) it would have been fair if it's like 30k wagered in the last 365 days, in the end it's a birthday drop and should reward players that have been sticking around for months/year.

The 5 mil race of course is big but we all know this is just for diamond/obsidion players and streamers, no normal player wagers enough to even get a 3 digit amount of the price pool.

2 year user of stake and I regret to say it but it's getting worse. 

I have to say when there is a requirement to gamble, and there is a time limit which would make it look like Europeans will miss it, makes no sense to me. Make it daily and make it 24 hours each and that way you will get a good amount of people who will be taking care of their business on time.

I do not care about this 5th year business at all, they can do whatever they want because they made it clear that they do not want me to be there, between the missing of the first 2 ones and then the third one being requirement of money, that just says they are not giving anything to people like me and if that's so then I do not care about what they are giving anymore neither.
