They mostly use VPN probably, another option is the community members are located outside of Germany.
Anyways, the most restricted areas have more users on Stake community, IMHO.

You may be able to access it if you use a VPN but remember there is a risk that lurks in you, I advise you to contact support and ask for a solution. Stake is not friendly to violators.

It is a lot better if they just end up not gambling at all. I understand that people want to gamble as much as they can and Stake is the best place for it all around the world, people know the name and they come here to gamble, and I am pretty sure that at least 20% or more of the current gamblers come from nations that do not have the permission to gamble and use VPN, so it is possible to gamble that way, hell I have heard people go from ToR just to gamble here.

You are right that it is never written in the TOS, but there are quite a few stories here on this forum where people won big and can now only bet low amounts on several sports markets.

Moreover he blatantly uses a japanese VPN himself in his live streams to circumvent the geoblocking of his country since Stake is forbidden in Australia.

Well, when you have something that is 1 out of 100 chance to hit, it will take a while before you can hit it. I remember playing plinko and I arranged it in a way where I wouldn't win too much too quickly, it was either win big or not win much type of deal, mostly zeros, and in the end I ended up with something much bigger, much better time to time but the overall was low because I did it rarely.

That's why it's not always about how big of a win that you would get, it's about sustainable gambling and winning commonly means that you would be able to wager a lot longer and your VIP level would go up and you would earn something from that as well as the bonus you would get back.

Yes you're totally right. I just gave this information, but it would be very hypocritical and dishonest to say and to show something on live streams and to do other things to customers in reality, no? It is such a huge and funny news that Eddie himself is technically blocked from using Stake himself and he is Eddie I mean I get it, there could be laws regarding this issue and I do know for a fact that you can withdraw it because I met with a German friend who does gamble and that’s why I believe that it could be withdrawn since he does it himself and there is no problem and he has been gambling since primedice times so there hasn't been an issue.

And you are right, in a way it is similar to trading, trading seems to be awfully simple as you only need to buy for a low price and sell for a higher one, and despite this apparent simplicity very few people can become profitable long term, and something very similar happens with sports bets, finding value and having a skill slightly above average to pick winners are both necessary, and while in theory this may seem easy it is something that is incredibly hard to do.
