It is obviously an issue, if there is a limit for the bonus code and your internet connection is low, you'll be late to claim it as the stream is delayed for few seconds. I think the "Chat" channels need an extra "Newbie" chat channel for "newbies"... where they can chill and learn the rules.    I know there are wager requirements to chat.. but a "Newbie" chat channel will help with a lot of things, like :

1. reducing Alt account misuse.
2. reducing Bot abuse.
3. reducing begging in main channel.
4. increasing the gaming experience for higher ranked players.
5. reduce spam & rain farming.

The suggestion is not to exclude "newbies" totally from the total experience... they can still enter other channels, but they can only "chat" in the "newbie" channel... until they rank up to say Bronze... then they get full access to all channels.

I don't think it's an excuse only, every betting site has a team who is working with the odds provider. They are working to find out this type of users who is following some tipsters and winning all of his bets. Odds provider has an important role to find out these things. And the betting site team reduce the max bet limit of those questionable users. Perhaps, you will get the same answer from every betting sites for such issues.

You will have better luck trying to speak to their customer care on their site itself. Provide whatever proof you mentioned in your post directly to them. They usually respond pretty quickly there based on my own experiences with them.

Birthday period is going very well for some people. There has been a lot of giveaways and competitions and challenges etc etc that results with great rewards for many people. I guess there were a few complaints about the situation and how it is handled, but that’s always a lesson to learn for the next birthday.

I am sure whatever we complained about should also be backed by data as well, if we say it is bad and then tens of thousands apply then it means we were wrong and it wasn't bad at all, which is why I care that it is not going to be that much of a chaotic result. But if it is backed by data and not enough people did join, then next year it will be more inclusive in timely manner.

With the issue on stake, I suggest you to just talk with a single support or much better with their manager or the owner itself to settle your account matters. Stake must have been making sure that you are really the owner of the account that you are trying to recover.

Can anybody tell me how Stake.com is making money on their US site? So, from what I understand, the players are not paying to play..but it works on a sweepstakes principle.

No need to wait for sure it's the right scheme  no casino wants to keep wasting money unless they are a charity casino

At the end of the day, Sportsbetting is still a gambling so no matter what odds you are betting there’s still a chance that you might lose. Your probability of winning just increase but being lose is still on the table. You can use stats to conclude about this hypothesis, why not bet 10, 20 or even 100 on the bet pick with same surebet odds and count how many win compared to loses. Yes luck play a big factor since it’s gambling but still stats will give you an edge to get better perspective to get a profit on this kind of gambling.

This is crazy, the odds simply show that it is a sure win but then they lost?  Isn't the match rigged?  Getting $9k from $50 is really huge!  Mine is just 10 odds and happen to go up to 12 during the day of the fight but still lost

True, an upset win always happens,  that the guy who bet 50 bucks is either lucky or has insiders I just can't comprehend how a sure-win team lost a match.
