Hell yeah, I’m always confusing about the code drop, reload bonus and other different bonuses from the stake forum. I’m used to the terms rakebacks/cashback for VIP rewards and freespin/cash drop for bonuses from giveaways.  I wager a lot here for short period of time that makes me not interested anymore to claim most of the bonuses tha makes me confused.

I'm sure, @Mahdirakib can manage all claims. The only problems are just error notifications and cases during the claim, we had these problems a few months ago at the time the online-chat room in around 20,000-30,000 user. Right now we are on around 50,000+ online chat rooms at the same time.

If not wrong, a few years ago once they started a server you can at least some reward. Around 5-15$ for the selected user who are filling the form, which mean only some people got the survey and not everyone. Yap, to bad they forget the reward because people are lazy without reward. They just can use random selection for the user who are win the prize.

This is what I’m thinking but I’m still in denial hoping that someone manage to claim even few minutes late at some point of the of the day when the code was posted. Stake should increase the amount per claim since the volume of users here is already too huge. Maybe just add a few wagering requirements to avoid abuse.

Just check my email, doesn’t received any email related to the survey. Maybe this is only exclusive for players that playing for x amount of time and not related to the VIP level.

Nope, IMO why they release in (Stake.US) first.

The reason because the have less user on (Stake.US) compared to (Stake.com). They could be want to test the games first before the game can be deploy into Stake.com with a bigger user. Perhaps tested with the game work, lagging and other.

The poker game is available on Stake.us maybe because the market in US is much bigger than global (just guessing). We do not know when it will be available to Stake.com but I think we will not need to wait too long for it to come.

I dont think they earn more on stake.us than stake.com because if we look at the number of lottery tickets on weekly basis, the stake.com players earned much more tickets than stake.us which means that the wagered amount is much bigger on Stake.com. But in overall statistic, maybe Stake.us players wager more in average if we compare the number of players. I mean, the stake.com give bigger wagered amount because the number of players is bigger than the Stake.us.

It must be sent not all users, I did not get it too so I guess they sent the survey to users who meet their criteria. It can be based on their current activities or VIP level.
