Any bonuses for users are also part of the marketing strategy, and it's a normal thing that the Stake team makes some changes to it from time to time.
The only thing I hope is that the Stake team won't conduct its marketing strategy the way many centralized exchanges did during the previous BTC bull run. Let me remind you that many of them spent a lot of money to promote their brands by signing multi-million dollar contracts with sports clubs or whatever. However, as soon as the prolonged bearish trend started, some of these exchanges decided to terminate their promotional contracts and get rid of their staff.

Bitcointalk is important, indeed. It is important within the crypto space and Bitcoin community because if his historical importance and also because of the content which is shared here by people who really knows about Bitcoin and how it works. Though, in terms of volume, I am afraid this forum format has lost much against what the new generation of crypto users are now more used to: chats on Discord/Telegram, microblogging on Twitter/X. You know, this is a format to share I formation which was appealing one or two decades ago for the general public, now it takes a little big to get back to it.  That does not spoil anything of the value of the posts one can find here, though.
When comes to gambling and the volume relative to gambling, then I assume there is also indeed competition in other places to engage with this community, though, because of the value (historical, technical and informative) is good to see there are some within the team of Stake whose job is to keep this thread and the community update with events and promotions for all of us.

Yea, you are correct... there are almost zero interaction, apart from the occasional Stake promotions that are posted. I think they should hire someone specifically for that purpos, like some of the other sites are doing on this forum.

I think they reckon, if someone needs information.. they can contact the 24/7 customer support and those staff will provide it. It would be a valid point, but open communication on this forum, will reduce the call load on those people.

That would be awesome, although English is an international language but not all Stake users are able to communicate in English well.
Having live chat with various languages will help those who have difficulty in understanding English so it may minimize miscommunication.
Actually I have suggested once some time ago but not for live chat, I suggested them to have VIP manager based on the country of the users.
Live chat will be better ofc because it will cover all users while VIP manager will only cover VIP players who own VIP manager.

However live chat for support must be different than live chat rooms for user community because in a chat room, there will be more risk of falling to scammer. Those chat rooms will be very spammy and it's very hard for both a user and customer support staff to follow up the conversation.

Losing 8,327 bets out of 180,904 bets placed = 4,6% of the bets lost.
