Nothing excpet LUCK  , I'm not sure how many spins but I'm sure more than 500 spins but no more than 800 spins.
It can be said that there is a sign if the free spins will give big multiplier, when there are so many wild symbols in the free spins since the 1st spins (although not connected) then the other remaining free spins will also give many other wild symbols until it connects to each others or to other symbols. It's the same as bonuses from weekly, monthly and other. You don't really required to wagering anythings, I have experience withdraw the bonus I receive from VIP Host and my weekly claim.

Monday passed already, I predicted previously that .com users will get pre monthly bonus since .us players received post monthly bonus at then end of February. Usually, there is no wagering requirement on the tip amount. But Stake may block the withdrawal of the tip receiver if you just make a deposit and tip someone else without placing any bets, and then the user tries to withdraw it without placing any bets. They shouldn't face any problem to withdraw the tip instantly if you send it after playing with your deposited funds. Stake has 1× wagering requirement on the deposits.

It's the wagering count are counted the total amount we are spending for the bet or the amount we are win in the bets. Some example, for easier understanding of my question

The definition of "wagering" itself is clear, it is the amount we spent or risked for the bet so it is $37 based on your example.

Bonus may have different wager mechanism/calculation. Most casinos with deposit bonus usually counts wager on slot 100% while wager on other games with lower percentage. As far as I know, table game like blakcjack, baccarat, roulette, will be counted 5-10% only if we take a deposit bonus. For example, we make a bet of $100 on one of these table game then it will add $5-$10 only to the wager. Anyway, I have never seen a casino that count wagering number based on the win/lose of each bet.

Nope, basically your fund is being held. Because you are not finished the verification, and until that your fund on there is being held based on the thread case you have some issue with the document they're requested and you cannot provided these. So, from my perspective (shit happend) while you got these and cannot following the term & condition process request by them.
Not all in here wearing (Stake) signature, which means they're not getting paid by stake. Many of us already have experience withdraw even without (KYC), you have been request by the team because getting flag from your activity.

We had a discussion about these complaints before and the conclusion is normally the same. The casino will be relaxed with the requirement of lower level verification, because it requires basic documents that are easy to verify.

When it comes to Level 3 and 4... it becomes more complex and the documents takes much longer to process.

Imagine someone owning a company that are using that company to launder money and you have to detect that, before they use your site to launder their dirty money. (It is just obvious that they will be more strict when we are talking about high amounts)

I am not saying this person are trying to use Stake to launder money, but I understand why Stake is more cautious when we are talking about huge transactions. (I hope he can find a good resolution to his problem, because I can understand his frustration...after reading all his posts)

for what it’s worth, i was accused of multi accounting and not money laundering. simply a false accusation. thanks for all of the support guys it means a lot to me throughout this situation , but in order to stay on topic and not get in trouble in this thread, i’m going to talk about their horrible customer service!

it’s crazy how incompetent the employees of stake are. it’s like they’re unfamiliar with their own terms of service and they’re extremely rude and condescending at points. the lack of communication between employees is especially poor. they should spend more money on paying competent employees instead of paying forum users to advertise their site in their avatars and signatures. i’m sure it works for them for now, but all good things eventually come to an end.

does anyone know how much stake pays their customer service reps to do their jobs? i think i could do very well working for their customer service and will excel above the rest! however, i don’t know if my moral compass will allow me.
