Please show me in the Stake TOS where it says I need a utility bill for proof of address. They provide a list of other options which I provide. They then ask me specifically to send a “utility bill.” According to ToS I have other options than Utility bill which I provided. 1 dollar per post from Stake must be a lot of money for you.

It might not be in the ToS but it might be in the KYC requirements and you can only provide it when the need arise. Just like normal bank account opening in those days. At the initial time they would not asked many things but when you want to upgrade it then they will ask you utility bill and other personal information. And I believed the utility bill is an indication that you pay your tax to the government and your information are there as well. And the only thing I will say here is that Stake should make things easy for it gamblers if they (the gamblers) are not in suspicious. And in most time extra KYCs are asked by the casinos because of the way the gambler behaved.

Just for the 2nd time ever I have been picked by one of the hosts in the forum giveaway yesterday. And even though a mod had his/her post on the same page as well.
It pays really well when you are platinum 5. Base is 90$ and with made level 2 verification you get double that amount, meaning I got tipped 180$ yesterday.

Can't complain about that.

They list options for address verification.
You only write about the bills but in the list of options there are also:

• Bank or credit card statement (in some cases bank statement cannot be used)
  Council tax, municipality bill or government tax letter
  An official letter from your employer or educational institution confirming your address stamped and signed
  Tenancy agreement
  Bank reference letter

Why list options when they INSIST on a utility bill. Some people live in a share house for example where all utilities are included in the rent. So what's then when you don't have any utility bills?
I also don't have any since our house is rented by my wife's company. All bills are in the company name as well.

It would be like when they ask you for ID verification, list passport /normal ID / drivers license as options but in the end insist of seeing a drivers licence. Not everybody has a drivers license.

We have various option documents to be inputted, but the team can requested specific document. There could be a few reason, to make sure or other reason (only stake can answer) but based on the bold statement from stake-team can ask speicifiq document even we have a list document to be inputed.

It is true that changes to the bonus system were implemented several months ago betting activity is required if we want to get the base bonus, it is clear that this new rule will have an impact on user interest when they want to reach a new VIP level I mean they won't force themselves including me but Stake.com is still a decent place for those who actively bet. My last monthly bonus was $28 for a total of 8 tickets in a month and mostly played in house games, yeah we know inhouse games are 3-4x lower in bonus contributions compared to games from third parties (slots).

Havent heard any news about what they are going to offer for the Christmas, but maybe they will have similar thing as what they did before. It can be bonus drop, bigger raffle, or bigger race. Some people are even hoping to get 2 monthly bonuses in December  There was a discussion where someone said that 1st week will be the 1st monthly bonus and before 25th will be the 2nd monthly bonus. Yeah all kind of monthlies are down to 1$ if you are inactive for more then 4 weeks or something.
This kind of understandable but the lmit to be considered active it too high in my opinion.
To get the weekly bonus you must wager around 2-3k , which is't a lot for some but for others it is.

And for the monthly I don't even know the number to be cindered active, I can only guess.
1-2 years ago you can even collect some real money even if you are inactive but these days are super over unfortunately.

How long have you been inactive for you to receive only $1 for your monthly? I always wonder if people that are in the same position like yourself, get more monthly ...once they start wagering again? Let's say you were inactive for 6 months and you only got $1 for monthly and then you start wagering say $20 000 per week, will it be increased again. 

There are a lot of people who sometimes just decides to take an hiatus (break) from gambling or just because of their financial situation.... so why should they get punished, if they returned?

I always wonder if people that are in the same position like yourself, get more monthly ...once they start wagering again? Let's say you were inactive for 6 months and you only got $1 for monthly and then you start wagering say $20 000 per week, will it be increased again. 

Logically, the player will get the bonus back to normal as before because the monthly bonus is based on the last 30 days activity of the player. 
It will be really bad if the bonus is not increased back to normal as before after wagering like $20k or more per week regardless of the long inactivity.
If players just come back from long inactivity but they get so low bonus after making more wager than they used to in the past before the inactivity, these players will be very disappointed and high possibility will leave Stake to find other place.
However I have not seen a case with such a situation, most of the complaints were from players who get low bonus due to their inactivity.

You are ignoring main fact here. Stake has included lossback with the weekly and monthly bonuses after changing the old bonus parameters. So, you will receive a decent amount from the weekly or monthly if you lose a big amount within the week or month. No casinos offer hundreds of dollars to the inactive high roller always.
