Anyway I have been playing blackjack for a long time but I can't pass my level. I've searched a lot on the site to see how many dollar bets I need to complete to pass my level but I still can't find it.

Drake is a good match for Stake.com... but I think Drake are just too busy to focus on promoting Stake.com .... he does a stream and then you do not hear from him in the next couple of months.

Stake will never tell you or specify how many dollars required before the level meter get filled so that you are promoted to the next level, and this I believe is because, the faster or slower the meter fills depends largely on the game you are playing.

Honestly, I am not 100 percent sure or certain how the calculation is done or works, but based on my own personal experience, which also could, maybe mean that I was possibly missing a thing or two, I have observe meter when I played games like slot, and the meter seems not to be getting filled, or maybe the increment was way to slow for it to noticed with naked eyes.
But when I played casino games and sports betting, the meter moved significantly that I noticed it, and this I played with a smaller amount of money compared to the amount i played slot games with.

Like I said above, I am not 100 percent sure about, I could have missed or mixed somethings up, but the fact remains that, stake will not specifically tell us how many dollars more we need to wager before the bar gets filled.

To wager 20k mathematically you lose at least 200$ to house edge, AT LEAST. And in return you get a "blessing" of 5$ from your good friend Drake. 

What's even funnier, stake.us gets the same amount of claims, even though they have far less players and FAR less wager each week, with far less I mean 8x less wager ( can been see through the amount of raffle tickets on Saturdays ).

.com deserves more, .us gets it, that's how things are. I seriously regret putting in some wager for the xmas/drake promo the last weeks. This is correct analogy on how to maximize account leveling on Stake. But the problem is not gambler preferred betting on sportsbook most of the time due to the match result is not instant that’s why there’s still a lot of players preferred slot and live casino because it’s easy and fast game compared to place bet and wait.

That doesn't seem to be inviting at all even if you put it like that. Even if it's a yearly thing, do you think that it's worth wagering $20k, even $8k, to get a minimum of $150 a week? Maybe I'm just not really into chasing the bonuses that entails wagering, but if you ask me, just by plainly looking at the figures, it isn't worth it chasing those numbers at all. And again, that's just for me.

Still, Stake has been generous all-year round with several promotions and other prizes for their gamblers. Perhaps it came off as pretty underwhelming when the actual numbers received by these high stakes players are far less than the advertised and highlighted amount.
