Can't blame them though because I have been away from stake for a while and shouldn't expect free bonuses but in past they used to give a minimum $20-30 every month regardless of your activity on the site.

How long have you been inactive for you to receive only $1 for your monthly? I always wonder if people that are in the same position like yourself, get more monthly ...once they start wagering again? Let's say you were inactive for 6 months and you only got $1 for monthly and then you start wagering say $20 000 per week, will it be increased again. 

There are a lot of people who sometimes just decides to take an hiatus (break) from gambling or just because of their financial situation.... so why should they get punished, if they returned?

I always wonder if people that are in the same position like yourself, get more monthly ...once they start wagering again? Let's say you were inactive for 6 months and you only got $1 for monthly and then you start wagering say $20 000 per week, will it be increased again. 

Logically, the player will get the bonus back to normal as before because the monthly bonus is based on the last 30 days activity of the player. 
It will be really bad if the bonus is not increased back to normal as before after wagering like $20k or more per week regardless of the long inactivity.
If players just come back from long inactivity but they get so low bonus after making more wager than they used to in the past before the inactivity, these players will be very disappointed and high possibility will leave Stake to find other place.
However I have not seen a case with such a situation, most of the complaints were from players who get low bonus due to their inactivity.

You are ignoring main fact here. Stake has included lossback with the weekly and monthly bonuses after changing the old bonus parameters. So, you will receive a decent amount from the weekly or monthly if you lose a big amount within the week or month. No casinos offer hundreds of dollars to the inactive high roller always.

I was a little surprised that the followed the last 2 years up with yet another early monthly, that was nice!
So there will definitely be a chance for a second monthly for Xmas, but as always there is no guarantee.

Maybe it will come true but we should not expect that much to get another monthly bonus on Christmas, as AHOY said above "no guarantee" although we received so early monthly bonus this December. Anyway I did not wager much too on November, I played and wagered about $5k on the last week only of the month. I got $23 from the monthly bonus, previously I got $12 from the post monthly bonus, but of course both were gone quickly.

My betting activity has also decreased significantly at Stake, and I got the same amount like you. I was able to turn it above $30 through all-in in crash game before losing it back. Anyway, my current rank is almost 80k with only $65 wager. I think we need to wager at least $200k to stay in the top 5,000 users list of the $10 million monthly race.

Anyway, my current rank is almost 80k with only $65 wager. I think we need to wager at least $200k to stay in the top 5,000 users list of the $10 million monthly race.

I'm at 12k with $4k wager, without a doubt we will need to wager much in order to be the the top 5000.
200k can be enough but it is not recommended to wager for the race if we are small players only because the reward might be something not worth the risk.
Pretty sure I will not be on the top 5000 places at the end of the race because there are so many things to be prioritized in December to January.

They list options for address verification.
You only write about the bills but in the list of options there are also:

• Bank or credit card statement (in some cases bank statement cannot be used)
  Council tax, municipality bill or government tax letter
  An official letter from your employer or educational institution confirming your address stamped and signed
  Tenancy agreement
  Bank reference letter

Why list options when they INSIST on a utility bill. Some people live in a share house for example where all utilities are included in the rent. So what's then when you don't have any utility bills?
I also don't have any since our house is rented by my wife's company. All bills are in the company name as well.

It would be like when they ask you for ID verification, list passport /normal ID / drivers license as options but in the end insist of seeing a drivers licence. Not everybody has a drivers license.

It is really a headache if one of the requirements is the utility bill under our name and we can't provide it.

Normally some casinos are more lenient, a couple of years I tried to withdraw from a fiat only casino and also needed to provide a utility bill. As I was still living home, I couldn't provide that, but they accepted other documents (like an insurance under my name or something similar). I don't know if you asked this, but it is worth a shot. Don't be ridiculous bud, who exactly is vouching for stake's scam? Stake has millionaire of active players, how come it's only you, plus a very few others that are complaining about stake being a scam?

If stake was a scam, there will be hundreds of thousands of users, if not millions, complaining, remember 1xbit, remember how they were a scam and every single person on this forum and even outside the forum knew it?
