Not because I am part of their campaign, but because I'll say good things about them. But there must be a reason why most of the docs you've sent were denied. Their support is approachable and you're free to ask them how this could go properly not that you're going to come up that they're scam just because you can't pass through their process.

I understand the hassle that you're going through because you can't pass on the KYC process. But it's not the end of the world and you'll end up saying that they're scams because of your frustration. You can do that again and ask them what must be done or if those are the only IDs or requirements you need to send to them.

How much you've got in them? I doubt it that they're interested in stealing your money when they're paying millions just for an ambassador brand deal.

Instead of accusing someone as paid shill maybe you should take their suggestion given to you since some of it are helpful so maybe try to be cooperative and seek for proofs that in your position. Also if the utility bills is not under your name maybe you can ask the owner to sign it so that it will prove that you are living on that area or residence.

You just need to relax and calmly talk to their representative again since if you throw out some negative words against them for sure this cannot help to solve your issue.

For now try to see which of those documents are in your position so that you could try to present it and end up this stressful problem which you encounter at stake.

The error while claiming bonus code during weekend stream is back, there were no error in the past few months IIRC but today the error happened again.
Is it because increased number of online players so the server unable to cover the thousands claim request at the same time?

This is a very good advice you've given, but then, one thing with this type of people is that they hardly listen, all they just wanna do is get angry, blame and accuse every one, and accuse the casino of scamming them even when they have no evidence to such claim.

I hope the user will calm him self down, listen and do as you have advised, casino representatives are human being as well, they want to be respected, this is why anytime a user approach them rudely, such user may end up not finding any help with or from the casino representative, manner of approach matters alot.

i have been very polite and have provided all documents. they have given me level 2 after 7 selfies. if you were in my position you would be on site doing the same thing. you are fortunately to not be in this situation. i don’t know what else to call them other than scam site. i have sent 7 nearly identical selfies and they finally verify. they ask for passport which i do not have. i ask every support email and live chat what to do without passport. no one respond. they keep asking for passport. i tell everyone for hours no passport, they tell me to send id again, so i do. then the verify asks for passport. then i say to all support no passport. they tell me after 2 day to send id. i send id, the very ask for passport again. i go to live chat explain no passport. they tell me ID is ok, send id. so i send id. very tells me passport again.

this  situation happen 7 times. do you want me to explain rest of situation? it is very confusing. make no sense to me. i am just here to warn people of scam.

Those users are just part of the signature campaign for stake. Their avatars and signatures are just advertisment. They aren't part of stake's team.

I had the same problem with Payoneer. They couldn't understand that in a country where I live, things work differently and I am not able to provide any utility bill because it's paid by the one who owns the house, only house owner's name is written on it, mine can't be, even if I rent the house, my name can't be written on it because house owner can rent house without any document or paper agreement.

It's probably very rare to see case like this, I totally understand how bad it feels. I don't know your location but if you are from Georgia, I can confirm that people can't provide utility bill and also don't need to have passport and many people don't own one because people don't travel often.

Well, one thing I think most of us fail to understand most of the time is that, one thing constant in life is change, I am not a very active customer of Stake but I've never seen or read in a place they said that the bonus amount will always be the same year after year, or month after month, or week after week.

If the company did not make as much profit as they made the last time bonus was substantial, you don't expect them to run the casino at a loss all because they want to pay customers the same amount of bonus they paid them the last time.

Anyways, I am not defending stake though, this is just my thought or what I think rather.

I agree with you that profit is not the main reason I'm sure they have other reasons, as we said before they might divert the budget to other places/projects or maybe they are in a comfortable zone I mean when last year's promotion target was successful, they did not need to repeat it in terms of budget, unless they have strong competitors, they need to repeat it or even improve it. We all know that promos are related to efforts to attract the attention of customers so it's not surprised if there is a change when the target is reached.
