They have accepted your selfie verification after so many unsuccessful attempts. It means, they will accept your source of funds and proof of address documents if you submit the requested documents in the appropriate way. What some people usually don't or fail to understand is that, being rude and harsh to customer support due to frustration does not ever help matters, it never will help accelerate the verification process, but may even make it slower if the customer support gets angry and stops reading or responding to the user's text or messages.

They couldn't understand that in a country where I live, things work differently and I am not able to provide any utility bill because it's paid by the one who owns the house, only house owner's name is written on it, mine can't be, even if I rent the house, my name can't be written on it because house owner can rent house without any document or paper agreement.

i have been very polite and have provided all documents. they have given me level 2 after 7 selfies. if you were in my position you would be on site doing the same thing. you are fortunately to not be in this situation. i don’t know what else to call them other than scam site. i have sent 7 nearly identical selfies and they finally verify. they ask for passport which i do not have. i ask every support email and live chat what to do without passport. no one respond. they keep asking for passport. i tell everyone for hours no passport, they tell me to send id again, so i do. then the verify asks for passport. then i say to all support no passport. they tell me after 2 day to send id. i send id, the very ask for passport again. i go to live chat explain no passport. they tell me ID is ok, send id. so i send id. very tells me passport again.

this  situation happen 7 times. do you want me to explain rest of situation? it is very confusing. make no sense to me. i am just here to warn people of scam.

Well, one thing I think most of us fail to understand most of the time is that, one thing constant in life is change, I am not a very active customer of Stake but I've never seen or read in a place they said that the bonus amount will always be the same year after year, or month after month, or week after week.

If the company did not make as much profit as they made the last time bonus was substantial, you don't expect them to run the casino at a loss all because they want to pay customers the same amount of bonus they paid them the last time.

Anyways, I am not defending stake though, this is just my thought or what I think rather.

I agree with you that profit is not the main reason I'm sure they have other reasons, as we said before they might divert the budget to other places/projects or maybe they are in a comfortable zone I mean when last year's promotion target was successful, they did not need to repeat it in terms of budget, unless they have strong competitors, they need to repeat it or even improve it. If we reduce the number of wins from the number of losses, we can see that I lost 8,327 bets (86,612 minus 78,285 = 8,327)

Losing 8,327 bets out of 180,904 bets placed = 4,6% of the bets lost.

I think if I remember correctly... there were a slow buildup to the bigger drops closer to Xmas, so they are just doing the same thing that they did last year. We will see if they increase it ..as we get closer to Xmas.. to really see if it was scaled down or not.

In any way, even if they did $20 drops.. that money will come from the RTP and that is hurting the gaming experience. I prefer smaller .. but more regular drops ..with a good RTP, not bigger drops and a almost impossible gaming experience.. where it just drains your whole gambling budget in one session.

I had the same problem with Payoneer. The biggest issue with payoneer is that they do act like you are a business and not a person, and that's usually not the issue, and I understand that there could be some companies who do accept payment with payoneer, so you can be a customer and use that and pay people and that's fine, but payoneer is not a business only thing, you can be an individual and get paid as well and payoneer should handle that easily too, but they do act strange on that one unfortunately, not equally easy.

I do believe that we are going to end up seeing this fixed, there are some stuff they require and you may not be able to provide those documents and that feels bad but I am sure that eventually you will find "something", anything that might be used.
