Have you tried accessing the mirror sites?  I also have the same problem way back some months ago since my ISP provider block the .com site but I am able to access stake through its mirror site using .ac, .games, .bet.  Probably try accessing the site using these mirror sites to access your stake account...

Same here Totally does not work here through sim's internet connection. But it runs smoothly through broadband connection and sometimes sudden errors appear.  But most of the time it works. It seems that stake.com is restricted for Bangladesh so I have the same problem in my country.  It is not unusual to do this because gambling is not legalized in our country. I like your way before joining things about this casino because this is important you have all updates and relative things before doing anything as I also join a casino sometime back, and I not bother to ask few things which hurt me badly even I have some good lost, but then I have to leave due to the worst support as well so its responsibility of every person to have all information and updates about casino or exchange before doing any business.
