I search a bit for other topics about the limited amount you can win on the "Sport" bet.

Yes, they have limited the winning. IDK how they calculate % for limited the winning, but limited winning could be based on the bankroll of their wallet this to prevent bankruptcy of some casino. If on "casino" game-like their stake original game or other game always has some information about the max win you can win, but in the case about sport bet can't find any information about that.

Maybe, one of the represent from stake can answer this question how much max % win we can get on sport bet.

As far as I remember GDLE (winner of the lottery) is the first Stake users who could reach the highest VIP level (Diamond V). It means that he is obvious a rich person as he can wager so much money to reach the highest VIP level in short period of time. If Stake has the permission from GDLE to share the picture, I'm sure one of Stake's representative will post it here or in the telegram channel or other social media as it is a great marketing tool.

Stake is really doing great.  Every week I try and struggle with something new on their platform.  It's a pity the last two weeks I couldn't claim, I just found out about Reload.  It looks like a faucet because every 10 minutes I get 100+ sats.  It can also be used to pay the fee when you accumulate when you want to withdraw.

This was over months. You win bets you lose bets. And I am up 8k after overall betting for 230000.
I always bet normal odds, no 10k on 1.05 or something like that. Moneyline and spreads. And no arbitrage or what thats called.
And like I said NCAA was just an example. European basketball I have like 10-50$ limits. NBA also below 100$.
Yes I use VPN, it is allowed. But my account is verified. About the nitro thing, this was resolved many months ago and had nothing to do with limits.

My VIP host is still not answering, waiting 2 days for reload now and the other guy I added also doesnt reply.

I really think not only in Stake but all of the gambling platform selling or buying of account is prohibited and I really think those are just scams that would tempt you about the rewards of the VIP account I say that you should just ignore those users. It's either you will scammed by them or once your get the account it will be permanently banned.

Moreover, when you will get a request of proving the source of your funds and you will not be able to comply you can say goodbye to your profit (if any). Apart from being prohibited and against T&Cs, buying selling an account, under those circumstances, is also very stupid.

Do we know if the winner picked lambo or he picked cash and can get it? All the information I have regarding this is from here and I can't find the answer anywhere, it just says that he won the lambo giveaway and that's it. I am sorry that I didn't see that. Getting bitcoin as a prize is great for many people, plus considering this could have hit a poor person who just got lucky that would have been even more awesome. However winner already being a rich person is not really a shock to me, the other place that gives lambos also had a bitcointalk person who won it, got money instead and he said he wasn't even at break even, don't know the situation here neither but I am sure winner spent a ton of money gambling here as well if this is the case.

Dude already having a lambo and buying a hurricane with the money he received, that is basically proof of him being super rich even before he won. That makes sense, rich people can gamble a lot more than poor people and can have more tickets than a poor person and has a higher chance too.
