You could not have chosen the most difficult Slot to hit that 40x...  because I have played 580 bets on it and continuously hitting the x2 and x5 multipliers ....so much so that I just gave up, thinking that the reward does not justify the punishment and the losses that I was suffering. 

I was hoping to see those 3 x knuckle dusters (FIGHT Scatter symbols) but I just got teased with 2 of them ....and then it passed by...  So the RTP of 96%..... come with a very high volatility.... that can ruin you, if you continue chasing those big fights.

I know Plinko is more fun to play. But, Sometimes it sucks like slots. I don't have that much patience, to be honest. My favorite game is Dice and Blaze. Every time I see a new casino arrives with a dice game, I give it a try. There are a lot of casinos arrives nowadays. Was it not written on the terms and condition? I think the 3-6x wagering requirement for sports is a little bit low but if it is for eligible users which we can say VIP I think that is a good deal but it still depends on the Stake.com in the slots I think 20-25x is fair and normal. With 50x and 100x that was really ridiculous requirement, only really lucky players could managed to win or meet that wagering requirement.

I've been claiming bonuses regularly and I don't think there's any wagering requirement unless it's specifically stated plus I was able to withdraw some of them even without placing that many bets. If there's any I guess it's 1x at best since that money came from your own wagering activity in the last 30 days. The same goes for their reload and I think the wagering requirement would be the least of your concerns since reloads usually don't amount much unless you wager a lot and hit the minimum withdrawal amount plus withdrawal fees.

Something opposite comes when we play Play n Go games.
Most Play n Go games has $0.1 min bet but if we play it with IDR the min bet is usually 2,000 IDR = $0.14

That will not happen because that would limit how much they could make (stake) and why would they do that. You have to understand that this is a business as well. Of course if you mail them saying you need to be banned, they will help you to stop, but to limit you? That would be weird, why would they do that. It is like a fat person going to McDonalds and saying they should give him just one burger and not more, why would they do that?

This is why I believe that we should not expect them something like that. We need to just limit ourselves, at the end of the day it is our money and we are the most responsible for it and should we keep it under control.
