Hey guys,

My host is Steve on stake.com.

He has been continuously insulting me and accusing me of things and now he is completely ignoring me (3 days now) and also refuses to transfer my account to a new host.

I have conversations from him that are beyond despicable.

I would like to get my rewards and move to another site. Any advice?

I have spoken to other hosts and they have agreed to take me on but only if Steve transfers my account which he refuses to do? I am assuming he makes money off my losses and that’s why he’s refusing.

What happened exactly?
I personally doubt Steve will do anything wrong with user who doesn't break rules. Did he reduce bonuses or reloads, why you look for other host?

I had an issue with a bet where stakes odds provider scam radar messed up a bet for 4.3k. Support gave me the run around and offered me $100 as a bribe (which I posted here)

I asked Steve for assistance as it was quite clear that support was not going to resolve the issue. He refused to help me and called me a scammer. After making my case heard here, darko reached out to me the next day and resolved the issue. However, he didn’t pay me on the single, he just credited me back for the wager amount which was already bullshit to begin with.

Darko credited me back the 4.3k as a bonus. As he did this, it messed up my + - and 25% cashback rewards.

The next day, I lost 4.3k + 5k of my own money and should have had roughly 2k in new cashback, Steve said I had nothing and told me to basically stop trying to scam him.

I reached out to darko directly and he advised that he would contact Steve on my behalf.

I then approached Steve and instead of fixing the issue, he blocked me on TG and than threatened to only answer me once a week via email. I am down over two million dollars on this site and this guy treats me like I’m some child.

To put the cherry on top, Steve had told me
(You’re about even) than I lost 2k and he told me
“Nah you don’t have any rewards now” lol

Now he’s ignoring me completely, refuses to send my cashback and refuses to transfer me to a new host.

I have always had issues with Steve for two years now, he’s a screen warrior. I love stake but I’m no longer interested in dealing with Steve at all. I am also a diamond 3 player.

Personally I have never faced with such issues by Stake Vip managers.
If both support members can't help you you should contact Eddie and ask his help. Steve as senior support member should be able to solve it but looks like something is wrong.. My suggestion is to contact Edward directly on Telegram or email.

The last bonus was for Halloween celebration only imo, means that there was no bonus for the last Everton's win. We cant expect to get bonus for every Everton's win since there was no promise from Stake like what they did when they started to be official sponsor of Watford. The last bonus to celebrate Everton win was a bonus drop through telegram, I'm not sure how much the code worth as I was too late to claim it.

Last month we had a post monthly bonus connected to the Halloween party, and for this month we'll have it in connection to the black friday celebration. More bonus drops have been happening through telegram and this is why we weren't able to receive much on e-mails. In connection to the Everton event, four bonus drops have been availed.

Yes, I remember that and I think that applies only to VIP members right, posted on the telegram and must meet wager requirements between $ 5k-10k in 7days
So we don't need to wait for other Everton wins? honestly, I think this promotion is still valid but yeah there is no official statement.

There is nothing wrong with Eddie trying something new, but they should give advanced notice when they are changing to a new platform, so that people can prepare for the change. Trying something here and there is a common thing in the streaming world. The problem is that streaming is something that costs a lot, you can't just have a streaming service that provides for lets say 10 million people at the same time "just in case", that would cost you insane amount of money, so you arrange it in a way that is good enough, even barely enough for the amount of viewers you have.

So, when someone new comes along, they have to increase it right away to cover all the new people as well, but of course sometimes streaming services could be too late for that too. This is why I believe that moving to a new place should be on hold for a while until it's certain it can carry everyone.

I strongly disagree with you here. Demo mode is programmed exactly the same way the the mode with real money is. It is illegal to do it differently, and reputable slot providers will never do such things.

I like to play in demo mode myself, and from my experience I wouldn't say I'm getting bigger wins in demo mode than in real one.

I dont like to play demo mode so I do not have any experience with demo mode on slot games. We have had several successful streaming sessions on DLive with Eddie with 5000+ viewers and Kick struggled with 2000+ viewers. (When the connection dropped and people refreshed their browsers, they could not get back in on the stream with Eddie) 

Twitch was the best, but we know they banned Eddie (Stake) and they are also banning most gambling related streamers, so we should stick with the platform that worked, namely Dlive!

Highly doubt that DLive will catch up to Twitch in any way but still they are good streaming platform other than Twitch. If in any case, Twitch will undo their decision about gambling streaming, most gambling streamers will just go back to them.

Anyways, DLive is still a great streaming platform and I hope Stake will just continue streaming on it especially that they can handle huge volume of viewers. Kick is also great but it gets kinda laggy when there the volume of viewers is too high.

I can second that. Twitch already exists since 2011 and apparently they are a subsidairy of Amazon (didn't know that). Dlive only exists since 2017 and will probably never be able to catch up fully to Twitch. They can probably grow some more but overcoming Twitch will be very hard.

I just found out about this Twitch has banned some streamers especially in the Gambling game category. That's why I see some Gambling Streamers are no longer live on Twitch and they have switched to other streaming platforms. No it is a good thing when centralized platforms like Twitch make bad decisions like this, because it gives platforms like DLive an opportunity to grow and to break the monopoly that existed, with Twitch that are dominating the "streaming" scene. 

The problem come in when platforms like DLive are not scaling their operation to match the influx of new streamers and viewers and the migrating audience gets a bad first impression. (We can already see how DLive is suffering with Eddie's shift to DLive on Saturdays)

They should really sort out their monetary system too... the "Lemon" thing, should be replaced by Crypto currencies.
