To answer your questions I wrote them a long email summarizing the situation, they had a lot of documents, sufficient I think to justify my income and that I did not do any multi-accounting. Everything was done within the rules and in accordance with their terms of use. Maybe posting here helped me, I can't confirm.

Otherwise, yes I was able to withdraw without problem. And to clarify why I deleted my previous message, it's just that I found my message a little aggressive under frustration, and I had suspicions of Scam.

But they proved that this was not the case and in return in good faith I decided to remove the message. And I certify that they never asked me, I did it myself.

On the other hand, I would like them to delete all the documents I sent them, at least for level 4, because they are confidential documents and can be reused fraudulently if there is a leak or a hack.

Congratulations mate, Stake.com is one of the best and most reputation casinos around here, and as long as they keep up with this standard of resolving issues, they will continue to hold that title.

I just wanterd to say thanks for coming back to tell that issue is resolved, many people wouldn't see any need to do that after their issue gets solved.
I think that most of the people in here too have their issues solved already, but we never hear about those because people aren't interested to tell that they were frustrated.
They just disappear after having a rant.

It's been a few years since I trusted Stake and deserves to be trusted because all problems will be completely resolved and Stake always maintains a good reputation.

Maybe I missed it but I've personally not seen you lay a complaint against stake on this thread, I am absolutely sorry if I missed but maybe you could do us some favor and point us to it, but "us", I mean those like me that didn't see or read your complaint here.

We are human so we understand that when you feel under pressure then you may do or say things that you may later regret, but as long as you recognize your mistakes and you correct them in the future then it is fine, now it seems it took more than a month to resolve this issue so this makes even more understandable your situation as many people are very nervous due to all the scams and crashes we have seen recently, but your situation has been finally fixed and that is what matters at the end of the day.

If you think your problem is not solved and also think you are right, You can post a proper scam accusation against stake. They solved reasonable problems they encountered so far and one example is @maxiblanco. There are couple of accusations and issues that stake resolved so far and this is one reason why stake is doing well inside and outside of this forum. There are many baseless accusations in this forum that doesn't make sense that's why it is being snubbed by everyone. Casino industry is pretty steep and there are casino who are doing it's bets to bring down other casinos by posting non sense accusation.

I have no idea why do you stay on the same seed for that long? Are you trying to prove that the more nonce = the higher chance to hit the max payout? For me, I will not even use the same seed for more than 10k nonce regardless the game I play. Obviously it is your own right to do so and maybe it is your gambling strategy by using the same seed till you hit your main target. Hopefully you'll hit it soon although it is also possible that you will not hit it after 200k nonce or more.

maybe you're out of luck and you're not playing on your lucky day, maybe you can try again later to come back and play, who knows you're lucky, I often play this plinko game with 16 lines it's hard to get 1000x so I try to play the game other casinos in the hope of good luck in other games

As I did not manipulate the screenshot of my Statistcs, it is obvious that their in-house Black Jack system is rigged!

I sent multiple emails to Mebit and Easygo, which operate Stake, but all emails are ignored until today!

I luckily do not depend on a scam accusation here on Bitcointalk and have other possibilities to hold the responsible people liable.
