If they want to make a freeroll promotion it would be stupid to exclude players. You want to get all people hooked to your game, not only a part of them. It's not a reward but a promo.
Actually I don't have high expectations for the birthday but let's see. People are already dreaming about 2 monthlies, it's funny as always.
