I think stake.com gives out bonuses randomly. I don't know what the purpose is, but I'm still actively betting on stake and am still subscribed to email. So it seems that this is not just to attract customers who have been inactive or moved to other gambling but indeed the bonus is given only to selected customers.

Maybe they just give the bonuses to loyal members who often gambling in their site and use more money than others. That could happen as many people don't get the offers but they will get it someday. So it is normal if you don't receive the offers even if you are an actively betting on Stake but you will get someday sending to your email. So just wait for that time while you can still playing gambling.

It seems that the bonuses offered are random, either for gamblers who have not gambled for a long time to get them back active or for loyal gamblers who spend a lot of money at the casino. It is their policy to determine who is eligible for the offer anyway, although I also hope so but since I am not in the category of gamblers who are active every day so we will see if they will also send it.

But as what @ryzaadit mention, they never give promotion to active member. So we can be sure that will depend on the Stake policy and choose the lucky guy who will get the offers. I also not think about the offers much because I know and realize that I am hard to be eligible for that. I just wanted to mention the monthly bonus as well, since I just claimed it. This month was very small compared to last month, I noticed my gambling activity on Stake was a bit down, so that makes sense. Since I'm not chasing VIP targets, $7 isn't bad for just having fun.

Actually I am not interested to play the game because this kind of game is not my thing, but I am curious so I decided to try it with the monthly bonus. I did 100 auto bets on the medium level and here is the result:

8 wins out of 100 bets and 3 bets out of the 8 winning bets were on the 6x payout. This result makes me not interested to try the higher level I'd prefer to play their other original games especially plinko and keno than this new Dart game. Of course it is about preferences and I believe there are some players who like to play this new game so we have our own preferences and we have our own right to decide which game to play. For me, I am going to stand with you as I will not play this game again.

Because it’s not rigged and no proof for being rigged. I play a lot of hands on the house blackjack but I didn’t experience the same outcome as yours if you keep using the same old argument before.

I tested as well with 0$ bets, and TBH these kind of originals game really need a lot bankroll + using increase bet size other wise once got the higher multiplier or maybe max multiplier win is not gonna even.

I had the same luck, but my strategy was bad.  I chose to bet bigger at first, but once the monthly bonus was almost gone, I lowered my bets. After that, I got a 500x multiplier. At least I tried my luck today with an entertaining new game. I'll be back tomorrow to play again.

Well, from the 3 screenshots posted here, almost all x500 under 100 rolls I mean on the first try, I'm sure it's not that easy to hit it so I assume this game is tempting gamblers and if we continue the game then don't expect to hit the next x500 I mean the first one is just bait   This is the reason why I prefer to try new games yeah at least the winning percentage is higher. You took the right step by stopping after hit x500 I have also withdraw my balance and only have $1 left, I will use it to test this game.

I strongly doubtful about Pacers closing on game 5 since they need to beat OKC at home in able to achieved that. I think this series will be a game 7 since the referees call keep changing the favorable each game.

However, I think Pacers can win the series on Game 6 or 7 assuming they will be consistent on being fast and pesky with their defense and offense all the quarters.

How in the world you got that extracted from their answer? Have you ever heard the phrase "Your call is very important to us" when waiting in line?

Basically you got generic reply from their secretary who forwarded your message to right department who will take a look at it. It's not their place to say anything other then basically "thank you for contacting us, your information is valuable to us and it helps us to do our job", which is basically standard thing to say in customer service like this. Helplines has thanked me many times when i have made a call about something, that didn't turn out to be anything important, because why would they not encourage people to call?

Maybe the marketing team wants you to place bets on other sports event too beside the one you like. I have never received those sportsbook bonuses from Stake. My wager amount is too low on Stake sports betting.
