It seems that only users who are subscribed to the promotion get the email, as I previously posted here a few days ago about the promotion. Because I knew someone here who is actively betting on stake.com but not subscribed to the promotion also did not get the email. But it seems that only high ranking customers with large bets will get the promotion bonus. Maybe I won't expect the bonus because my VIP rank is only bronze.

Wagering to level up is never a good idea. You are far better off to let it happen organically. Best thing is to just not check the VIP progress, so you don't think about it. People often wager to progress, then lose a lot and the bonus which they get for the level up is often enough smaller than the wager lost. People only see the bonus in front of them and lose focus, that's very dangerous to do. Just take the safe route, trust me!!
