There are advisors from gaming companies - Epic Games, Wargaming, etc.

Really? Its more serious games project here. I didnt see any games project with such big partnership before ICO

How will mining work as this is an ERC20 token if I'm not mistaken?

PKT is ERC20 token, you are right. Mining in Playkey is a little bit different: instead of calculating hash, miner shares his powerful computers, servers with gamers and receive PKT as a payment.

don't you think Ethereum smart contracts is too slow for a game mechanics ?

Playkey will temporary use offchain solution to speed up transactions inside the blockchain. PKT is only for payment between users and service providers, and doesn't affect gaming experience at all.

What liquidity for tokens here? I mean, you create gaming platform, but why users must have tokens here?

The only opportunity to pay for the cloud gaming service, pay for games, and pay for 3rd party gaming services in Playkey Ecosystem will be using PKT. You can buy it on Playkey web site with your credit card or on any other exchanges.

If you dont have internet trough optic cables, 15mbs is quite a lot for rural areas in come countries but with optics you dont have to worry about the speed.

30+ for stable 1080p 60 FPS. There will be 4K after the ICO, but it would require 100mbs+ connection. The team will work to decrease that requirement and followed with the development of high-speed broadband connections 4K will be available for many users.

Playkey Cloud game technology allows you to play games immediately without having to download and install.
This is a good way to reduce the consumption of notebook hard disk space, landing can play.

I think there is a company called Utomik that attempts to do something similar to that.

It promises "the real game, unchanged and 100 percent original quality". As the game is on your computer rather than in the cloud, it should all be lag-free, a problem that plagued earlier players in the game streaming sector. Of course that does mean you have to have a computer decent enough to run it.

There are some companies that use similar technology. But they have different business models, early stage or closed. Playkey is #1 cloud gaming project with 2,500,000 customers

Project looks interesting. But I have some questions to the team regarding business aspects as I can't judge their ICO technology-wise.

You recently got investments from a Russian government-backed fund IIDF (http://theheureka.com/russian-government-launches-200-million-seed-fund). Did you raise this Round in order to finance your Playkey ICO?

If Yes: As an investor I see risks in Russian government backed ICO. At least this combination looks strange especially in spotlight of anti-Russian trend in mass media.
If No: If you finance your ICO with Russian government money without crisp arrangement of ICO plans in shareholders agreement, could we potentially expect any lawsuits raised by IIDF?

Could you please make it clear for me.

The answer is No. IIDF invested in Playkey as a developer of technology and service provider. They see potential of decentralization of the current solution and agreed on running an ICO. Current company will be a part of one of the largest gaming project.
