Looks interesting, haven't tried it yet but it reminded me of OnLive, if I recall correctly one of the biggest part of its failure was about the average internet speed, it's a lot higher now so we'll see  Cheesy

Miners from pools of etherium and z-cash will soon come here and will earn money already on this platform

I think it's a bit early for that. miners will move from one currency to another based on the amount they're making. so if Playkey is successful they may move, but it's going to take time to see.

https://qz.com/1055126/photos-china-has-one-of-worlds-largest-bitcoin-mines/ Do you think guys like this would instantly move to playkey? Mining pools will look what is financialy the best and where they can
apply some political pressure on the chain

Please explain more details about your project. And a small suggestion for you, create an interesting and illustrated thread. Investors will usually be interested in projects that are clearly defined and structured.

everything seems to be clear to me. The platform determines the closest to you miner. You go through the game on his pc-you get pleasure and he's money and everything is fine
PLAYKEY excellent project, I really like the concept, will be very convenient for both parties. I think gamers will appreciate, this platform has great future

some projects are being launched  way too early, before the infrastructure is there. Playkey seems to already have build the platform and the time of cloud gaming seems to be right.

you are so right Smiley

playkey already has a damn good working platform for showing off and i think this was the best decision to have something working before starting the ico project Smiley

i will invest for sure ><"

Especially for VR games. In the future, you will only need internet for your VR device and no gaming hardware anymore. All those cables to your gaming PC will be obsolete. This will be the breakthrough of VR technology.

Will ypu have Pre-ICO?

We plan to provide bonuses for early participants, but no need in pre-ICO. Cause we have investments to launch an ICO campaing.

It is very good that the company already has an initial investment that gives a certain level of trust

It was a streaming service for games. you paid a subscription to access games to play without having a powerful PC. I think it was bough by Sony and transformed into PSnow.

I've just tried this out with my obsolete computer and must admit I'm impressed.

Such a good option for users those computer barely handle multitasking on operating system.
Might even consider to order subscription but I find prices to be a little high.

Cool man.  Is this DOOM? Could your pc run this game without playkey? Was it fairly smooth?

What's your internet speed?

And how much do they charge?
You can see all of the tariffs here : https://playkey.net/en/steps/payment/
You can register first for free.
Thanks!

12$ - 20$ a month depending on video quality. X 12 months  up to 240$ a year.

I guess if you are a full time gamer u will have a great rig, and you won't save as much money wise.

But it is brilliant when you only wanna play for a weekend 10$ (a week), no need to buy, install & download games either!

I think I might use it in the future, when I get the gaming fever again.
Youre welcome, but seriously? i thought we still need to buy the game in steam, especially for games that can be played online, due to the account that will be used is our steam account (like dota 2).

12-20$ isn't reall much if you can get access to all the games out there. If you compare for example buying one or two brand new games could be up to around 100$ or something for two games and as I am working on a mac this could be really a great investment to finally be able to play new games Cheesy
240$ a year is really cheap if I compare it to what I spend on steam. I often buy games in a sale without ever playing them.

But you do need to buy the games before you can play them on Playkey, right?

Naturally, it says right there when you want to play something: "You need to own this game on Steam"

Well that's not 100% correct.

It says  = You need to own this game on Steam or on Playkey .. in some cases it says 'own this game on Rockstar or on Playkey

So you still have to own the game. From the other posts it sounded like you only need to pay the $240/year for playkey and then you have access to all games and don't need to buy them on steam or somewhere similar anymore.

I also thought it is not needed to own the game yourself also :/ That would really be a bit much if you have to buy every new game and also have to pay monthly fees just to play the games.

Well but on the other side Sony and Microsoft are doing the same for their consoles. They let you pay to play online games and for some other stuff in their programs.

OH, I didn't realize u had to buy games too, guess I didn't see it written anywhere...  Never bought a game in my life (arrrr)  Grin

Anyway the project looks promising!
What? This was obvious that you must possess game which you want to stream. Otherwise it would be piracy

It's not piracy if the streaming service, in this case Playkey have a licence from the publishers to let the customers play the game through their service. I think this could be negotiate, of course with money, but still Wink

I also can not find such information... When token to be traded on exchanges? As far as I know, the plan is access to exchanges such as Bittrex, for example.

Yes, Playkey definitely have gotten the timing of the project very well. If it was earlier, it would've ended like OnLive; any later, and a competitor may have gotten in earlier and established themselves.

Why do you think Playkey project will succeed and don't go down like Onlive?
Because Playkey are popular already and one problem is ping, but decentralization should solve this problem.

people who post about their gaming experience on PlayKey Please post the following:
1) your internet connection speed
2) your gaming ping
3) Your CPu/ram/Vid card
4) FPS of gaming
5) location

This would give every one a very good idea of how good this platform is
