Good news for US citizens: I just saw someone posted this on one of the youtube videos about Utrust:

Dear Community,

As you may know, up to this point we were advised to exclude U.S. citizens and U.S. residents from our ICO. However, our legal team has been tirelessly at work and we may be able to overcome this hurdle very soon, before our ICO starts on November 2nd. 🎉

You can now register your intent to participate so we can reach out to you if the opportunity becomes available: http://goo.gl/yLFDZD

All the best,
The UTRUST Team

And if you have a look on their website https://utrust.io/, you can find this information:
Are you a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident, or otherwise considered a U.S. legal entity?
UTRUST is evaluating the acceptance of U.S. residents in their upcoming ICO on November 2nd 2017. You can now register your intent so we can reach out to you if the opportunity becomes available.

Good news not just for US but for every investor. Bigger the initial budget, faster the platform can evolve. I guess this is also one of the reasons for a late ICO so they can address this kind of things.

Actually, after pre-ico, they told that they will announce ico date at the first week of October and they announced it as November 2nd. I don't know about 20 oct, probably it was the first draft or something but they didn't really postpone it.

since they already have a  final date, i suggest the team to change a bit on the signature that the participants are wearing. the current one they wear has "coming soon"  i think time to change now so people will know the ico date.

not only the fork but i think they wanted to move it to have a running beta version until that time the ico starts.

maybe this is one of the long term projects
and must be patient for participants who follow the bounty of this project
if you see from the developments that I know from twitter is very good and ico of the project is running

Utrust will surely be a long term project because of its features that utryst will serves as a protected transaction mediator between buyer and the seller

After the fork it will be a good time for ico, people will invest more in altcoin and ico, and Utrust has a great hype these day, and the project deserve it with that kind of potential it’s normal that people want to enter in the project. I’m impatient to start to use the Utrust paltform.

ICO market is dead. None of the last 20 ICO is trading above buy price except Kyber which is also now going back to ICO price. I will eat my dick on national television if UTrust stays above ICO price...Investing in ICO and hoping for profit before atleast 4 months is thing of the past.

ICO market is not dead, but all those tokens haven't proved their value. After the ICO it's have just been speculation. If there's gonna be real demand fot Utrust tokens then the price definitely be above ICO price.

Prove him wrong.

With all the regulation news surrounding Bitcoin recently and governments cracking down on crypto, does UTRUST have any idea how to deal with tax on payments?

For example, depending on the location, transactions between customers and businesses are subject to value added tax or sales tax.

The seller will receive payments in fiat money. I think the taxation will be in the usual way. If he received in the crypto currency, then there would be difficulties.

If you are a business selling goods or services to customers you have to charge VAT or sales tax. No way around that. UTRUST has to provide the features to manage tax, both on the checkout page for customers and in the backend for businesses. For example VAT receipts, VAT ID for business customers, and tax reports.

Well, we have not yet seen what UTRUST interface will look like, maybe by the time of launch it will all be realized there.

i think it will look really good because they are performing really good until now so creating a pretty interface would be not the struggle

Having a running beta version would be great to get more investment. Lots of ICO's start with an "idea" and not a product. Having a beta product will give confidence to investors.

I guess they are quite busy working on the project and getting ready for the ICO. I contacted them directly recently through mail, they answered my questions.

necessary for business project, understandable WP, and finally someone who follows their road-map)
Do you already have any agreements with large sellers?

For all that knows they made a partnership with another [Suspicious link removed]pany Soma. It is social media with a marketplace.

They already funded more than 5 million dollars.

Probably they will make arrangements with more.
One social media isn't enough..They need more to become a real market participant.
Will wait..Anyway, good luck guys

Dev was actually quite active and responsive here in thread. It's been just since a week or so, that he wasn't seen here, so yes, I also think that he's busy with preparing for the ICO.

I agree and we are all expecting they will announce new partnership soon but i believe its hard to partner up when you dont have a working platform. They have few competitors in cryto world so they better act fast.
