i think PayPal will enter just after everything get regulated and goes mainstream, so we are talking about few years still.
If utrust will play their game right then they will have a large userbase before PayPal will do anything. It's not necessary a competition, PayPal and Utrust imo can coexist (until cryptos will take over on fiat, but that's not happening soon), one for banks an the other one for people they're gonna be competitors man. both handle payments. that's not a bad thing by the way. On the competition is too early to say, it takes a few years to develop crypto-currency payments. PayPal won't be able to enter cryptocurrency space any time soon. They competition at this moment is monetha

A portion of the transaction costs is burned which further reduces the number of token ustrust and allows their value to grow in addition to their production limitation.
This kind of system is good for the token value. Fewer coins and more demand will lead to an increasing price of the tokens. I hope they will get a big userbase as fast as possible. Final supply will be 100,000,000 tokens ? I read it somewhere, it will take many years of course, more fees (= more transactions) means less time to achieve that According to Rudy, the fastest possible is 18 years if the ICO sell out. Yes, 18 years is correct to reduce the tokens from initially 1 billion to the final supply of 100 million with a rate of 50 million/year. I thought that all tokens would be burned. And then they would release a new contract and new tokens. Not this way? No , there is a maximum amount. The amount of UTRUST tokens is projected to be reduced from the initial 1 billion to a minimum cap of 100 million, at a rate no faster than 50 million a year.

They had plans, but are legally restricted from doing so. But if American regulations change to allow them more leeway, I am sure they will. Look, Europe wants to catch up to USA so they are not going to regulate crypto to harshly, in fact they are more inclined to subsidize innovation. USA cannot let that it happen that Europe gets ahead. Eventually either Europe is going to tighten or USA adopts a looser policy.

Probably PayPal isn't integrated in cryptocurrencies. They still don't understand this potential

I don't think it is meant like this, but the sentene is really not well selected. For marketing purpose this is a no go but hopefully they will work in this Or maybe they really just want to target a young and hip crypto audience but that would be crazy, because even in crypto not everyone is young and hip lol

I'm looking forward to the ICO and hope that it doesn't sell out too quickly. Looking to stock up and hold for the long term because this has enormous potential to grow.

This is quite an exciting news, so everything seems to be on track with the roadmap. Plus the upcoming events coming will help to grow and make the project known.

They will need to market it to merchants to get accepted by them. get merchants is the biggest bottle neck for crypto at the moment, however the good thing about uTrust is that they take out the volatility risk of crypto for the merchants, so it will be a much easier sell for them.
It would be very difficult to take out the volatility risk of crypto and I dont see it happening that merchants will accept crypto payment methods in the near future. But IF they can convince a big player in the market, other will join too. I think it will take at least 10 more years for that.

It is the most important part and they are going for it.

I think going to these conventions in plan for the next month is going to also help them finding new partners/organizations willing to start using their payment system. Getting contacts is going to be crucial for the UTRUST

yeah pretty much this. it is vital for a project like this to get to be known on a world scale. partnerships will push this project into the mainstream.
