It actually could stand as a good message overall for the sites. The good thing about this thing is that it serve as a proof that high roller is welcome on the sites which described by the action of him withdrawing over 2k + BTC and another message of those who tried to exploit on the site will risk their withdrawal getting locked and not to mention the exploit has been patched it seems

The bolded part, I dont think his action hurts any other players direct or indirectly as the site is a personal funding site

Yeah facebook,twitter and other social media sites have secondary status and this forum is main and important platform any update,announcement or giveaway. This forum can not be ignored as this became the hub for bitcoin related activities.I think Stunna should announce here when he returns .

Also, extra support staff wouldn't need to have complete access to user accounts. They could sort through all the emails and ask for more information (like signed messages) when necessary and kick it upstairs to Stunna or Edward when action is needed. That partly removes the trust issue but maybe there are other reasons for PD like the legal situation not to hire extra staff.

That is not such a bad idea . To have one member just sorting important mails and spam emails . And doing some basic support that doesn't require full access to ACP .
