For Primedice cases, I dont think that they might be switching into altcoins as I believe the US players just a small fraction from their regular players .

Does anyone know exactly how many of their players are based in the US? Is it under 50%?

No one know exactly how many players are from the US since people from the US could be connected by using VPN so there is no way to know for sure how many of them are. Russian should be atleast 30 %, that could be why they have their own chatroom , suspect it to be the majority there.

Thought we have through this before but even if PrimeDice is blocking deposit from US players, there are alot of way to bypass this check by using VPN / TOR so the number of US players playing should not be dropping significantly

There would still be a lot of US players who don't want to deal with setting up Tor or paying for and setting up a VPN (I know free ones exist but usually most people pay for VPN services) so I think the drop will be quite significant.

Didn't realize there were so many Russian players on Primedice or that they even had their own chat for that matter.

P.S : 14M roll left before 5 billionth bet, expecting it to be reach in another 48 hours at least . Cogratulations PrimeDice

i also use primedice really often though nowadays i think that there are some good rivals to it and that makes me sometimes choose others, i think if they want to hold their players they have to raise faucet and improve design

From what I've seen, most other dice sites copy PD's design and features. I would prefer a higher faucet too but it's not bad by any means.

I can confirm that PrimeDice is not rigged.
Bad luck to the guy losing over 4 BTC owch!
Like somebody said above it's unlikely to lose that many in a row but that's the game.
Gambling is not for the feint hearted, if you can't face losing don't bet.
Never gamble with money/coin you can't afford to lose.

this is advice that should really be common sense; people shouldnt be betting their entire life savings on dice of all things. i remember that one guy who posted that he wagered his life savings on a 90% roll and lost everything, really dont know what goes through peoples heads when they do this. if you arent prepared to lose it, then you sure as hell arent prepared to win it.

I didn't expect to create such a large discussion about PD support ahah.

I understand Stunna & Edward want to handle support themself for security reasons but it's really a bad idea in term of customers service. It's not very professional and really slow in comparison with others websites (Fortune Jack for exemple..). They should hire someone they trust where they live.

My problem is not complicated. I want to remove 2FA because I lost my phone. Only way to remove it is to send an email to support (that's quite stupid by the way).

I have sent them a signed message of an address I used in the past. It should be enough to prove I'm not a scammer

still support is much big  problem for primedice to handle a large number requests each day, about my another account i had to wait to get reply from them almost 19 days for an issue there and i hope so you too get reply very soon maybe in 19 days.

Waiting for 10 days for an email reply is just terrible, especially after you have already provided a signed message to prove the legitimacy of the request.

Hopefully the new email recovery system will be launched soon (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg11347013#msg11347013), and will reduce the number of support requests and clear the backlog.

If your issue is bitcoins on that balance being stuck it could be solved days ago.

If your issue is that account not being able to bet , well that name is kinda not acceptable anyways so u should move to another one.
