Hey,

Yes I'm the same person as Mladen on support.
And i hope you are satisfied with the result. It was very hard with your issue but we managed to sort it out with your help.

Thank you for your cooperation and your patience.

I'll be very clear. I'm the first one to be annoyed by a slow or incompetent support as I believe that any service or good provided should be linked to a quality support.

My issue was mainly my fault (as I forgot a password) and PD had no obligation to help me.
The ticket was a bit slow to be closed due to the complication and my lack of initial proofs.

But PD support took the time to take care of my problem (though I was the one responsible) and managed to solve it. I'm delightfully satisfied by the quality of the support and your politic toward security and client management.

You won a faithful gambler, I don't see why I'd go somewhere else  Cheesy

Thanks again, I hope I won't cause anymore trouble.

I have a feeling that the more you win the lower gets the chance to win.

I made some new accs and everytime when the acc was fresh i had a winning streak.
I made always from 0.03 to 0.4 or something
When i tried this from 0.4 to further i went down to zero. Really weird but in my opinion i dont play it anymore.

There is no difference when you are using a fresh acc or an old account because the game itself is random and provably fair. Every bet using some different seed will generate different result and if you think that you are lucky everytime you use a fresh account, that is just a coincidence

Thanks TheFrog for muting me for "begging"...

I came to the chat to offer a rain to someone who helps me out for two seconds and I am accused of begging.

If you are a fucking mod, pay attention to the chat. Don't pick out bits and pieces and act on ego.

I'm fibo, 1banana. Countless rains I've given - and not small ones - every time I hit something. Please respect big wagers and don't act on your tiny ego. Being a mod requires extra attention, not replying to a bunch of kids on chat that ask for a mute.

Raining isn't begging??? How could TheFrog mute you for sharing your BTC?

Which is false and wrong. I challenge anybody with the chat logs, please. This is mod abuse.

TheFrog was somehow under the impression that I was begging and muted me for that. I have wagered 2675 bitcoins only on those two mentioned accounts (fibo and 1banana). I keep coming back regularly even though my overall balance is somewhat -149 BTC if I sum up all my accounts - I don't use them simultaneously though.

I find it very offensive that a MOD thinks I'm begging. It's my own rule to rain every time I make some profit. I have sent countless amounts of btc to rainbot.

And I'm muted because I offered somebody 0.005 rain to release funds I have stuck? Yes, the talk was about loaning funds, but I didn't ask for any loan myself. I asked somebody to help release my funds.

The constant lag of the chat and peer pressure by other unaware users might have contributed to this Mod's decision, however, I find it unacceptably rude.

Please let this be fixed asap.
