No matter what happens , no matter who bails on their website and runs away with users coins , no matter how many kerpeles situation we will see. I seriously doubt stunna will ever be one of them. He will always be here , why would anyone who makes this much income (hopefully , he seems to lose a lot on hufflepuff situation but his profit should be a lot to cover that) just take the coins and run away , he is a bitcoin giant , a monopoly , he will get all of our coins anyway Why would he try to steal it? There were four cashouts for a total of under 0.1BTC held for manual review, I've pushed them through. Sorry for the inconvenience. Why would such small withdrawals need to be manually reviewed? I would think ones of that small of a size would almost always be done automatically, otherwise you would almost always be doing nothing more then reviewing withdrawal requests 99.9% of the time they are sent automatically, the hotwallet was briefly low and a few cashouts were held. This doesn't typically happen. I know this may sound a bit private but is there a public address link where we can see the hot wallet, so we know when not to cashout and when the hot wallet is topped up? Just curious, as I know most sites allow you to see their wallet publicly, but I can't see any info on this site. There is some risk to actually makes this exposed, as some site only show their cold wallet not the hot wallet, showing a casino hot wallet will get the site to be a target for hacker, there is a reason why casino use up mixer to send the withdrawal, and this is why, so stunna wont risk it by showing the address for hot wallet But as soon as you get a cashout you can see the address where the cashout came from. So isn't that public anyway? in Primedice? no, I believe they use a mixer, so we couldnt track the hot wallet or cold wallet, if someone tracked it, this have already been a big discussion here, but I dont see them in this thread so It is safe to say that no player knows the address of PD "yet"

(Perhaps with some irony because I used to advertize for bitmixer ).

PD has lots of players who come from Russia, while Russia government are executing the Bitcoin banning law recently, and What impact will that banning have on PD. As I know, Luckybit is rejecting America users and will this situation happen on PD to Russia users?

Doubt the Russian users make up much volume. Probably more of a user base I think I saw Edward say in chat.

There's always tor too which they couldn't do anything about so it's futile even attempting to censor people like this but I guess governments will never learn.

Banning ever VPN or Proxy is impossible. New ones come up faster than you can ban one so its virtually impossible to ban ALL vpns. Also new tor nodes come up and go all the time so trying to ban all of them is very hard as well, but there are some options for banning tor ips in general.

Banning VPN runing with some protocols is do possible, there is a time when VPN with L2TP/PPTP/IPSec laied in ruins in China, the G.F.W is able to broke the VPN services. Fortunately we always have a way to solve the problem, we always have a new protocol or tools.

Most websites ban VPNs because there is nothing but hacks left and right. So it sucks for the people that need a VPN legitately because their country doesn't support it.

Alexa tells the same, but Alexa can little misleading, but I hope stunna has evaluated things carefully and I hope the people who accessed the site using Russian IPs were actually russians. Also from my experience- before the Russian chat room was there I could see a lot of people talking in alien language(Russian) so I guess there are a lot of Russian users but 50% of them are too much.

I wouldn't trust any logs of what "country" is visiting the site. Basically they are finding the location of the user through the IP address they see, but since lots of people use proxies or vpns, lots of these are located in other countries therefore making it look like they are in other countries. In real estimation I would think 5% of users are russian.

Over half of Primedice daily users are now Russian (53.56%) .
Most VPNs have servers in USA/UK/NL/Canada/etc. Russian servers are IMO not popular at all for VPNs for the western market. Of course you can connect to Russian VPNs if you want. But to think the number of Stunna is wrong because of Americans using Russian VPNs or something, is a bit silly

But for people who don't want even the country they live in to be the same as what it says on the internet, IPs from other countries are good as well. 53.56% is insane though, what is the chat volume comparable to the english vs russian
