Why every time I set the win chance 90%, but I will lost all of my money no more than 10 round？
Am I really got a bad lucky?

No they dont claim they are provably fair, but they are indeed provably fair which you can see and verify each of your bet and you can notice it easily if PrimeDice cheated, but I doubt your claim as I know they are honest and they are indeed provably fair

let me tell you something, Im learning new things in programming and I learned something called noise, we dont know if the site can effect randomness with noiise and still distribute a provably fair result.  if all of you are programmers then I guess you know what Im talking about, I can even show you what noise is in programming.

Varience causes long streaks either winning for losing, the house cant cheat since the hash of the server seed can't be changed. before you start it, copy down the server seed hash and after you finish betting, verify it by pressing randomize and then you can see the server seed. you can then verify it by creating a script yourself or using a third party opensourced verifier thn input those nonce for the bets you want to verify.

We are re-working our recovery protocol to allow users to set an email soon and recover via a form. Currently we get hundreds of emails that essentially say "hey this is my account give me my password". If your account has no balance which appears to be the case it's best to simply create a new account, otherwise you'd need sufficient evidence such as IP's, signed primary depositing addresses etc.

Over the past two months we've mainly been hard at work on security/performance related issues, we are finally transitioning into features.

Why "Roll Dice button" is very slow compare to "Auto betting"?? There's delay in roll dice button fix this bug. I'm tired waiting to see the result and 2-4 seconds delay.

Small bets are typically delayed, in most cases (small bets) it shouldn't take more than 2 sec from click to result on an average connection.

Why delayed?? Please speed up the manual bets its very slow. I can't use the Auto betting feature because my strategy not suitable for that. There's many members don't use the auto betting that's why I suggest to reduce the delay in Roll Dice button to use like speed of auto bets.

my guess is that the amount of bets per second is too much for primedice to handle. many dice sites have delays implemented to prevent spammers from lagging the server.

What do you mean? Did you forget your password or did you misuse the faucet to collect faucet funds?
If you have lost your password then again send an email to the support with some proof like a signed message from your address or something like that.

The noise that you are talking about might be from the entropy that a system could use. There are enough test to verify the quality of the randomness, Stunna could let you know about his algorithm or which implementations he is using to generate entropy and then generate whatever he needs for the seed. And house could steal shit but not with the seed.

Its not like that.
The support gets back to you within a day or two(at least in my case it does), but there is always a possibility that they were busy and they missed out your email.
So its just better to email them again or if its too urgent then send a PM to stunna.

I had problems with my withdrawals and i emailed them about it and they send me an txid of an old transaction saying that the withdrew did go tru. and now i emailed them with that that is not the withdraw i was talking about and they can see in their system if they calculate my deposited and withdraws and the tips i send and received that my account is missing 0.47 btc.

But i hope i get an message soon back i really need that btc.

What he is actually saying is that to provide TX ID which you claim was from an old transaction , from the timestamp , we can actually check it. I will suggest you to PM stunna if you have trouble regarding support not answering your mail yet, it will be a thin chance, but it worth a shot
