Hi! Is there any problem with the support@primedice.com mail account?
Yesterday I sent a message to that email account to recover my Primedice password and I'm still waiting a response.

I forgot my pass and I want to continue playing on Primedice 
Sometimes we have to wait ~12hours to receive a response but in this case I'm waiting for more than 24h

I believe stunna is not the one personally handling the support as he got a support team but I am agree that support is taking some time to reply your email and atleast you can be sure that they will get to you sooner or later

Support is mostly Edward and Stunna. And its not about if they can afford new support staff or not its about trust. U cant just hire anybody who can do that job , it would require 100% trust in that person to give him or her full access which is required to do support.

Makes sense, this could be one of the problem that support is mainly late in replying back to the problem since Stunna is a busy guy and have alot of stuff to do I suppose. I don't think you can find the pattern unless you are referring to an exploit.
Martingale will cause you to lose eventually because you do not have an unlimited bankroll.
A ten losing streak will wipe out your capital.
