You can see it if you are in the chat of PD as well.. You will see a notice when it starts as a sticky message on the top of the page.

I think you cant get free money in faucet if you have balance. Primedice doesnt want users to abuse them

Yeap.. That's how it works. Unless your balance is 0 you can't claim the faucet.

3. Auto recovery is now live, on the welcome page, click login then forgot password and fill in the appropriate information. Make sure you set an email under your profile, we will begin adding in incentives for users that have that enabled.


4. New support system is being tested out, it's long due that we switch over to a more professional and streamlined ticketing system for handling the hundreds of daily support tickets. This should speed up response times significantly. Along with this support system we will be adding in a help/knowledge center that will help us provide you better support.


For PD to continue to grow it's important that you provide us with any feedback you have including giveaway suggestions because we really do read and consider it all, it just takes a bit of time. Let's make this the best year yet!

This is strictly for recovery & verification purposes. If anyone cold-emails you claiming to be us, they probably aren't as well. I get constant spam from gaming sites I've signed up for and not only do we think it's unethical without your explicit consent but it is probably also ineffective.

Have some feedback for you to add Stunna since you mentioned this up. Please add a warning sign for the new account

The warning sign will be an indicator that the new account hasnt been set up with any password yet. Basically this is to help you in dealing with your support as I believe there are some people that are not farmiliar with PrimeDice yet and there is a chance that they might not be able to access their account again after closing the tab because they forgot to set up password


For giveaway suggestion how about an event where players will compete to snipe in the X number of rolls

i.e those snipe the #5,212,121,212  bet with atleast 0.001 BTC will be given X BTC or so would be a nice event though

IMO, it shouldn't be. happy hour is for the active players and not for those who only play when there is something like it. If users are active, they will definitely dont miss the happy hour

Happy hours should announce before hand because it is not limited to only regular players on PrimeDice. In fact it should be announce like at least 24 hours before it so that people could know and follow this event but it seems that this event isnt regular yet. This could be considered as a good advertisement for PrimeDice since people are usually attracted to a site with high faucet amount.

My problem is not complicated. I want to remove 2FA because I lost my phone. Only way to remove it is to send an email to support (that's quite stupid by the way).

I have sent them a signed message of an address I used in the past. It should be enough to prove I'm not a scammer
