help i only can open your site in IE, in my chrome or FF wont open.. i tried clear cache etc. still same.. update flash or java etc, still can opened in my chrome.

I have no problem with Firefox, so the problem is likely on your side rather than on PD. Have you installed some browner plug-ins on your Firefox and Chrome that help you to block sites or contents of sites, something like BlockSite, NoScript, FlashBlock, etc? You may try to disable all plug-ins, to see if it works. If it does work then, you can try to re-enable the plug-ins one by one to find out which plug-in is causing the problem. |

we are on the same boat I think  I keep having these losing streaks today. I had a 10X losing streak today and it was only a bad luck day for me on PD I am gonna give it a rest for now. maybe come back later and pick up where I left off  |

How long does it usually take for support to reply to an email? Just wondering because I sent an email about 24 hours ago. Thanks for any help.
pd support is so slow to respond, You are lucky if you got a reply in 2 days but most of the time they respond within a week. Thanks for your response and to the others that answered. yep, seems pretty slow. I'm still waiting. At least I know what to expect now. It's not that big of a deal. I was just curious so I asked.
