It has been over a week since I sent my request into primedice support and I still haven't had any reply. I heard some folks had to wait two weeks so maybe I'll get a reply. Still though... sort of a sad panda right now  |

They usually do reply emails within 48hours, but in some cases they consume too much time. |

Also, its possible that the support might have disregarded his request cuz they might think that the sender is trolling or isn't serious while requesting. So its always preferable to sign a message with an address from which you've sent coins to pd, this will certainly make your request look serious. |

Just trying sending a mail to support and also send a PM to stunna about this. Also, you can create an alt account and ask about this issue to some mod. |

Check logs see if u can see that money in transaction logs as cashout or in tips log.

That means ur account is compromised . And "hacker" transferred ur balance to him via tip. Sadly its gone.
I suggest making new account and put strong password and 2fa if posible

Then how did my account get compromised ? i password protected my account ... so impossible for hacker to hack me ,it means that primedice was hacked by some guy ,it's just 0.04 btc ,but i will never play again there if i lose my money like that ...it means that their hole system is compromised if someone can hack in to your account without knowing your id or password ...doing a trace now to see were that btc went ... |

Then how did my account get compromised ? i password protected my account ... so impossible for hacker to hack me ,it means that primedice was hacked by some guy ,it's just 0.04 btc ,but i will never play again there if i lose my money like that ...it means that their hole system is compromised if someone can hack in to your account without knowing your id or password ...doing a trace now to see were that btc went ... No , primedice is not compromised. Its ur PC or weak password . Probably the first one coz there is a system for preventing bruteforce attempts. |
