Wow his profits is 265 btc atm awesome, is he going for 300 btc club? keep it cool man and good luck with betting.  Just curious on his bankroll when he started to play at PD and how many btc he want to get here. But I hope he is not a greedy player, 265btc is a huge amount so I think he need to take a rest for a while and enjoy his awesome profit. someone says he started whit 3.5 btc, he's almost 70-80x the initial bankroll, awesome run I doubt it. How long take the supporter answer problems? I am waiting for 3 days.
The PD support is usually pretty fast in replying to tickets, if they don't reply in time just ask in chat or send them a personal message here on the forum. They should get back to you though. |

I am also waiting for a reply.. got muted for faucet abuse after spending 7BTC at primedice...? also wanted to know what happens after i deposit? do they unmute me..? why does faucet increase the more you wager.. if when you are finally out of money you cant use it? i've been spending my own money at primedice for 4 months.. and 2 weeks playing faucet im out of the game?? what kind of treatment is that?  ? |

The amount you wager on PD does not determine whether you'll get muted for faucet abusing or not. And yes, you can definitely use the faucet when you're out of money, but not abusing it. |

You can still deposit normally. You should know by common sense+ reading the ToS. How long were you muted for? |

Yep... Perm mute it is... That usually implies a permanent ban from the Admins for faucet abuse. Support MIGHT reverse it but it's a long shot. |

You can banned for breaching the ToS, not for gambling 0. |

I personally have no control over it, but if you tell them that you've wagered a lot and are depositing tomorrow it may help your case. |
