I have a problem here with my primedice.com account. I made a deposit of 14.2 Bitcoins on 5/17/16 and it has not been added to my balance.  I opened a support ticket on 5/19/16.  My ticket number is: 10908.  The support person I emailed keeps saying "a dev needs to look at it" 

I don't understand why it is taking so long normally it takes like 10 minutes to make a deposit.  Now it is over 10 days and I cannot access my funds.

The transaction number is :

64336eb2a33d938f27d69e4a1f9d85c3e6e152845476a31bcce634f8ac3ed481

You can see from these screen shots that the deposit shows up in my transaction log, but it is not added to my balance.

I did no such thing.
My account name is ccplz and it's password protected.
There is almost 0 chance of me having a keylogger on my pc,as I don't click on ads,suspicious emails and stuff.
Also sent an email to primedice support,but i'm posting it here as well.
People in the chat told me that other users have had this problem today,and for bigger amounts.
I have no idea what's going on.

If I'm not wrong site has provided 2FA function to protect your account, did you use that option? If you don't use that option than most likely you may not get it back your deposit because it is very difficult to prove that you didn't involve in this withdrawal unless site already knows some bug in their website and more than few cases reported on same time then they may consider. I also last one time my signature amount in FJ site because someone used my pass to gamble immediately after my payment. After that, I started using 2FA function.

Yeah,I know it's not a good excuse,but I just created my account.
I've never been hacked before,so I didn't think I needed the extra protection.
Let's hope primedice will clear up what happened.

I heard back again from support they said

"We found some double spend transaction in your deposits that now does not exist on blockchain."

They gave me no documentation of any double spend transaction.   It is super vague, and I am warning everyone here.  Deposit funds to primedice at your own risk.  As of now I have lost 14.2 Bitcoins.  This shows up in my transaction log, but not my balance.

Yeah, I know it's a trusted site and all, but hell, when it happens to you, you need to warn everyone else.
I wouldn't deposit either, too many people are reporting the same problem.
