MICRO,
I have an issue. My account was fixed only for it to have another issue. First, I changed my password. Then, I wanted to use Seuntjie Bot so I had to set up 2FA. I did, and when I registered with Seuntjie bot I got the message "Passwords Do Not Match". I went back to primedice and changed my password again and it worked. I was able to use the password I had set as the "old password". But when I tried Seuntjie i got the same "Passwords Do Not Match" message. I decided I may need to log out and log back in again. But when I did I got the "Unauthorized" message again! Ahh! Please help. It seems I'm dealing with the same issue as before. Thank you for all the hard work. My username is Sven42. I put in a new service request (15741). In it I went ahead and gave you all the information I thought you might ask. Thx ahead of time.
Sven42, you should refer to the DiceBot website and/or bitcointalk thread. This is not a Primedice issue. DiceBot doesn't use your password anymore, it requires your token to log in. 5leepyjoe, you are wrong. This is a primedice issue. I was only explaining the steps leading up to the point when I encountered the issue. MICRO, My account getting the "Unauthorized" message when I try and log in to primedice from the primedice.com homepage. I believe I explained myself pretty clearly 5leepyJoe, but if you have any questions(MICRO) please ask. BTW... I will be at work for another 4 1/2 hours. I will be unable to respond until then. And sorry for any confusion, this issue has nothing to do with dice bot I just thought it would be helpful in authenticating I'm the account owner by explaining what I was doing. You might be able to tell I recently enabled 2FA was my thinking. I'm just getting the unauthorized message all over again.

Sorry i dont want to go to previous pages, can someone tell me what is going on with the site? Lots of newly created account [probably only created the account for this purpose] requesting to open their primedice account? Does the site lost its data? or they are just closing the fishy accounts?

Primedice is having some kind of database problem, so everyone/whoever is unable to login must email support to get their account fixed.

Still unauthorized access and just email asking to give last transaction id, no way in hell can I find that, so I guess account is gone forever, oh well lesson learned and bitcoin lost.
Hey, We will find a way to verify your account. Don't worry . Hi MICRO, How would we possibly keep track of the last txid? I understand it's something unique for you guys to identify who is who, but that's pretty tough to keep track of -- especially, without a heads-up. I've provided other info the email asked for. Also, the one replying to the email has been great and very responsive. However, without a txid, what will happen? Ticket: 15670. Thank you.

Go to your wallet and look at your latest PD transaction details. You should be able to find your deposit address if you don't already have it saved somewhere else. The tx id will be listed on the Blockchain Explorer.... in other words just go to blockchain.info and enter in your wallet address in the search bar to find your latest tx id.

You can easily find it in any wallet that you use. It has to have transaction logs.

After creating a Support Ticket, I've received a list with questions to get access again to my account. Apparently my password is not enough. Does that mean the passwords got compromised? Or did break something in the database? I'm curious: what happened?
Password does not help us since all passwords are hashed and we cant see them. A password can be converted into the hash, which is what always happened when I logged in. So my main question was/is: what happened to the database that my password is no longer enough to access my account? We will come to it . We don't have many accounts left.
This was 2 days ago, what's the status now?

This was 2 days ago, what's the status now? Hey, It would be kinda irresponsible from us to ask users for theirs passwrods. You may be using that password somewhere else to so... yeah. Today i woke up to see one guy sending 73 tickets from multiple fake usernames. All this slows things down a lot. We are working as fast as we can and we will be including bigger bonuses for people who waited longer. Very sorry for this i hope we will be able to sort almost all of the accounts in the next 48 hours.
