What about ticket #15002. I have been waiting now 11 days since my last response? The only thing happened after this ticket was that I was muted and no one knows why .

Send the email again/reply, my problem was solved in 3 days. i emailed after 2 days again and the next day i received my new password and a little bonus inside my account.

But why they use a ticket system anyways, if they don't follow up. Hey, Sometimes zendesk can mess up and we don't even get reply to a ticket. If you don't get reply after 48h feel free to submit ticket again. Once we finish up with this issue with accounts support will be back to normal when you will get reply in 12 h max and pretty much all tickets will get solved in the first 24-48 hours.

My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner? Please assist me with the ticket #(15670) I've provided or at least let me know what more I could possibly do to have it resolved in a more expedited manner. Thank you.

The support is usually slow but it shouldn't be over 11 days. Maybe they missed your ticket. So like the others suggested just submit another ticket.

log in to the site > click "support" in the top bar and fill all the necessary informations needed. since there are currently some users sending tickets because of some issues, your ticket might get answered quite longer this time

maybe try to create new account so you can submit a ticket, when sending a ticket they will ask you to provide your username and email address anyway so they can contact you and verify that you are the real owner of the account, probably additional verification is needed

There's a slight difference in my account is this some kind of a bug I last see my profit loss is -0.20 now it is -0.15 Did I win some coins ahaha, joke nevertheless I am not always playing my PD account however please verify my Issue if I'm wrong when you have the time thank you.

I believe I have found a bug that has presented itself since the update that messed everything up. I submitted a request (15943) where I explain what is going on. Please contact me either through this forum or by the email I gave you in the request. The bug is very unusual as it allows users to avoid the house edge in specific circumstances. I think you should take a look at my ticket. Hopefully my good intentions will be rewarded with a little coin to play with;)

We had first response time under 3 hours which is better than 95% of the other sites that use zendesk . Industry average is 19 hours. But yes support was a lot slower with this issues since we had huge amount of tickets and every single one required a lot of time to be sorted out. We are almost done with all the tickets and then support will resume to be one of the fastest supports in the market.

MICRO, I have access to my account again, but the stats are still wrong .. will this be fixed or is this the end product and the ticket closed? Atm we are focusing on fixing people accounts so they can login . When we finish with this we will see what we can do about stats , get them from backup or what we can do to get them as accurate as possible.
