Still no changes? This looks brutal now, more than ever. Does anyone have more insight as to what really happened here? I am going to make a video about all this now and maybe get more feedback and answers.

Update,

Thanks to Micro for fixing up my account and crediting it with a handsome sum for the inconvience endured. I have a very high volume affiliate account on there with over 7000 players that I referred that pays out commisions every minute of every day, so losing that is a massive hit, I am glad that PD took the matter seriously and looked after their customers and affiliates both high volume and low volume.

Should we have to send a support ticket everytime we faced one or more error? Too lazy to do that when it's involved only small amount of satoshi. I sent two tips to my friend's account(100k satoshi and 50001 satoshi) and that tips never come! Already checked everything and I am sure I make no mistake!

What about ticket #15002. I have been waiting now 11 days since my last response? The only thing happened after this ticket was that I was muted and no one knows why .

Send the email again/reply, my problem was solved in 3 days. i emailed after 2 days again and the next day i received my new password and a little bonus inside my account.

I already did today. But why they use a ticket system anyways, if they don't follow up.

Sometimes zendesk can mess up and we don't even get reply to a ticket. If you don't get reply after 48h feel free to submit ticket again.

Once we finish up with this issue with accounts support will be back to normal when you will get reply in 12 h max and pretty much all tickets will get solved in the first 24-48 hours.

And after two more days still no answer. Just mailed again. 14 days waiting and counting

Still problem is around us don't know what is happening behind the scene. Yesterday I was able to get access into my account smoothly. But right now getting that stupid unauthorized error. So when it will be get fixed on permanent basis. That is really strange to have kind of problem on world most popular dice site.

I got back access to my account, but the stats are gone. Now I have a brand new account, while it was 1.5 years old (which is often required for giveaways) with a few million bets. It now has 0 bets. Wagered went up a lot, but that doesn't do me any good unless I use faucet.
I'm still curious what happened to the database, did all account data disappear entirely?

We will work on getting stats back from backups when we finish up fixing all affected accounts. It wont be to much of a problem for you since we know which accounts were affected. So we will take that into consideration if needed for giveaways or whatever.

Three days ago PrimeDice took .1 from my balance.  My balance was .11 and then was .01 with no bet posted from me. 

I was betting all in 90% win chance on every bet.  I was working with .00333333 tip from singpays.

Primedice during this time was experiencing a problem with software and bets that registered 0.00x payout.

I did not experience this on this mistake.

I experienced .1 disappearing.

I asked Stunna and other support as well as Mod's to check my "balance" history where they can clearly see my balance go from .11 to .01 and show me a bet that was placed to result in this.

I keep being asked what my bet ID was.  I DID NOT bet! There is NO BET ID.  Balance history will show my account going from .11 to .01 with no bet.

Why has PrimeDice not answered me?  Why do I have to complain here?  I have over 1000 BTC wagered and gladly have tipped .1 on many occasions. 

I have no interest in posting to scam anyone.  I want to have my account treated fairly and be restored what was taken.

Please respond and show me balance and why this happened.

You aren't the first Intens, this happens a lot on Primedice, more then any other site. Still you will get the answer the problem was on your end like usual. And knowing you from the site you always play manual and never with a script or bot so that also couldn't be the case. I hope PD can provide you the info your seeking for.

I don't understand. My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner?
