First: request number is 15489 of the date 2016-08-20 Sat -> PD sent to me a password but when I try log in the response was "unauthorized" ( I clean the cache and cookies )

Ah, so you cant see the roll number in result bar if you disable the animation. Animation is really confusing for me thats why i turned it off since the release of new pd but since its per popular demand theres nothing i can do with that.

Yeah, that issue on my side too maybe this bug and that is why bet result are not into history, animation bar is disabled on my side but I was confused what the reason why I can't see my betting history, after reading this just noticed I also that issue from a long time.

My issue was different. I was basically upgrading to a new iPhone 6 but I needed my 2fa disabled or I needed the code for my 2fa. iPhones don't transfer the 2fa codes when you upgrade, so I kept emailing and emailing and it went nowhere.

I would of done this also. I've never signed a message before with a bitcoin address but the support didn't even give me this option. So I just created a new account however since my BTC rolls were 0, I had to start at the bottom of the faucet pretty much and just gave up.

Try running this again but this time bet 10sats or 100sats are your base and see what your results are. It is really strange that it keeps rounding up and rounding down like that.

this is just my opinion, but i think you forgot about 1% house edge. So, we should calculate it with 49% increase on lose (or 0.49).
basebet = 10 sats
Payout = 3x
Onloss = 50%

1 roll - 10 sats
( 10 * 0.49 ) + 10 = 14.9 (round up to 15sats)

2 roll - 15 sats
( 15 * 0.49 ) + 15 = 22.35 (round down to 22)

3 roll - 22 sats
( 22 * 0.49 ) + 22 = 32.78 (round up to 33)

4 roll - 33 sats = same with your screenshot

Yeah its probably the house edge OR it rounds up and later on it rounds down to even it out. Maybe try doing about 20-30 bets and see if it alternates, but most likely its the 1% house edge that you need to take into account.

Primedice shows a rounded value, but internally it uses more decimals.

You can easily test this: bet 1 sat at 1.2x. If you win, your balance goes up by 0.2 sat, which you can't see. You need to win 5 times before your balance goes up 1 sat.
