Today we conducted tests of the difficulty algo revision and the results were promising. We are confident it will eradicate any NiceHash abuse of low difficulty. In the meantime, our main pool and the second most popular pool operated by James-Dawson have willingly disabled NiceHash ports to maintain a reasonable difficulty in the interim.

As alex said in his post, we have some great changes and updates coming soon. The Intense team is working hard as ever. Are you? Stay INTENSE!

Excellent!

installed new 1.3.0 wallet went missing 10k coins, synchronized with zero

iz5LR3YUTsaTa6SQfVgrcvest7r5yLRqX5NacR81g7KqDWKxsCfzQRNNreeQhDTHHMGUjUiNww8rzdE Jpzh7gods3ABEHwDYf

Hi folks, to anyone having issues with improper balances showing in the wallet, it appears the wallets are 'missing' some transactions when you upgraded to 1.3.0. This only appears to affect people that were stuck on block 65003, e.g. those that didn't upgrade their wallets in time to be compliant with the 65k hard fork that we mentioned was planned. We tried telling everyone that upgrading the wallet was mandatory Wink

The solution is to close the wallet, completely clear all blockchain data from the data folder (%userprofile%\appdata\roaming\intensecoin) [be cautious to not delete any .wallet files! but all other files should be deleted], and re-open the wallet. Following a re-sync of the blockchain, you may then need to use the File > Reset wallet option. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

This is good news, I have always felt that the proportion of hash and difficulty is not normal, which is not consistent with the model of GPU+ CPU, and the continuous efforts of the team will enable us to see the hope.

I'm already impressed with the devs. They have time to assist the members in here and in the discord/slack channel. I'm just mining this and waiting to see what happens in December with the beta test. Other VPN-blockchain projects launched ICOs. The devs here are doing it from the ground up together with the community. Good for us miners. Smiley

Interesting project. Anyone mining Intense Coin with RX580 graphic cards? How's the hashrate, and profit per day?
Btw, anyone has tryed to mine it both in Windows and Linux? Which SO works better?

Thanks in advance!

RX580 with basically no tuning will do 600 H/S easy... about 800 ITNS per day... ~$2.60 USD / Day at current pricing.

I use Windows for GPU and Linux for CPU cuz linux is so difficult to make GUP´s work.
But, CPU is the same hash if U configure property the Page file and the lock memory (on Windows), if don´t, Linux gain 30% or more in haspower.

On Linux, I´m using Ubuntu 16.1 with a live boot with a script to automatize the updates, download and compile XMR-STAK-CPU. It´s more easy and quick then make a dual boot, just restart the machine, put the pen drive and... Done.

You calculate very carefully, I am using nvidia card mining, because the power consumption is very low, I haven't upgraded the mining tool in a long time, you know the speed of 1060 3g now how much?

Linux difficult with gpu? Just install latest nvidia driver (from runfile) and cuda and you are ready to go.

I just tested on one of my 1060 3GB systems -- each one is doing ~450 H/S with minimal OC and no tuning on the miner. So about 3/4 of the RX580.

I´m using AMD platform, and I tried some times to do this, no success, then I think leave GPU´s on Windows is better to me .

Hi bisba,
I´m using a R9 290, with 441H/s just adjusting memory to 1500MHz and Clock to 1210MHz, and a R& 370, with 405H/s adjusting memory to 1400MHz and Clock to 985 MHs, so the RX 480 must be really better.
No biosmod at all.
