When launching the STAHSPAY Token sale we asked that all participants that wanted to be involved read and understand the whitepaper and terms and conditions. The majority of participants have done so and we have had no issues.

However it appears that some individuals don't understand the mechanics of the STASHPAY Token and as a result of being uniformed, some have started to spread false rumours. Therefore we have taken the time to write this message in order to clear up any misconceptions.

Granted the STAHSPAY project is not straight forward and the following should be understood by anyone trying to evaluate the project based on facts.

STASHPAY Tokens are ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain.

STAHSPAY Tokens which are based on the Ethereum blockchain will be fixed and non transferable within 48 hours of 27-09-2018.

To reiterate that's 27-09-2018. Which means that for around 10 months once the STASHPAY Tokens are distributed, after the sale is over, owners of STASHPAY Tokens will be able to, if they wish, transfer and trade their tokens.

STASHPAY tokens can be transferred to any compatible wallet until 27-09-2018.

Also it is important to understand that were building open source STASHPAY.IO Software which is designed for an independent blockchain separate to Ethereum. However we will not configure and/or launch any public blockchain adopting the open source STASHPAY.IO Software. Any launch of a blockchain that adopts the STASHPAY.IO software will occur by members of the community.

It is also important to understand that prior to 27-09-2018 STASHPAY Token owners will need to map a public key to their account in order for their STASHPAY Token balances on the Ethereum blockchain to be recognised on any blockchain that may be launched based on the STASHPAY.IO software.  Instructions on mapping  public keys to STAHSPAY Token balances will be provided once the Token sale is over.

STASHPAY Token owners that do not map a public key to their Ethereum address before 27-09-2018 will not have their STASHPAY Token balance recognised on any blockchain that adopts the STAHSPAY.IO software.

After the 27-09-2018 once the STASHPAY.IO open source software is released any member of the community will be able to generate a JSON file containing the mapped balances of STASHPAY Tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and launch a STASHPAY blockchain using the STASHPAY.IO open source software.

Like with any new project there are risks involved. The STASHPAY.IO Software is complex and has its own specific risks. Including no guarantees that the STASHPAY.IO Software will ever be adopted, the STASHPAY.IO Software will be adopted as developed by us and not in a different or modified form, a blockchain utilizing or adopting the STASHPAY.IO Software will ever be launched and a blockchain will ever be launched with or without changes to the STASHPAY.IO Software and with or without a distribution matching the fixed, non-transferable STASHPAY Tokens balances.

They will become fixed indefinitely within 48 hrs of 27-09-2018 23:00 UTC as that's when we plan to launch the STASHPAY.IO software which is designed for an independent blockchain separate to Ethereum.

You could have just written after 29-09-2018  instead of saying 48 hours after 27-09-2018. So much simpler.

The token sale is for raising funds for the project and maybe also for price discovery. These tokens won;t be used in the final stashpay blockchain. However one can convert these Ethereum based tokens into stash tokens once the final stash blockchain is functional. Similar to the EOS tokens. And these Ethereum based tokens will be tradeable upto  29-09-2018. After  29-09-2018 these Ethereum based tokens will no longer exist as alll users should convert it to stashpay tokens on the stashpay blockchain

I feel this a great project. We need more professionally developed private crypto currencies. This can give competition to monero, dash, zcash. It will start off slow as this is a big project but the patient will be rewarded

You should have thought of this before you send someone your cryptocurrency... So don't get mad if you won't get your money back.

But anyway...I don't think you will need to wait 1 year for your tokens.

Yes once the main token sale is finished on 19/11/17 4:00 am UTC and we have finished distributing all tokens, owners of tokens will be able to trade them if they wish to do so.
