that's a good idea! Exchanges will only add new coins if there's enough demand. CoinExchange and NovaExchange don't seem hard to get in, and it'd be a good start for artemine. The next step would be Cryptopia and Livecoin IMO

Nope i have no gen address.

You have a genesis Artemine address and you can only send 1,8+ Artemine right now.

This is quite confusing, so you know he has a genesis address and he doesn't? How is this even possible? 

Looks at his profile at location field and check the Eth address on etherscan at Smart contract read check address if is genesis or no.

Only available balance is transferable not whole amount if that guy bought 1000 ARTE during ICO available balance will around 0.4 ARTE. Given link above is really helpful to know what is available to make transfer.

Exactly, that's what many people in here don't get, they always try to move the whole quantity, not only what has been mined.
