I think you need to wait a few hours.

These assclowns need to0 be slapped down. Count me in for any legal action recourse. I had about $20K worth of coins on there on the day they shut down, and now those are worth only $5K

Did not believe it at first but the msg seems to be there: Again delay due to hosting , we get to move again .

Seems I need to use www.coinsmarkets.com to access the site, without the www prefix it does not work.

Well with this latest shit I am finally confident enough that this is never coming up. Time to move on. What a joke. They could at least have the decency to just properly exit scam and not keep coming up with this stupid shit. its just insulting.

People

It appears as the time has come to make a unified community effort to track down and expose CM owners and staff.

If you are one of the many on this site that continually prove your low IQ and personal insecurities by negative comments and flat out abuse – please do not read on or reply.

Many like me have suffered loss from CM not because of ignorance, but because it was the only exchange that offered a market for some coins, and to trade on these required a balance to be deposited.

Sure trading in crypto currencies can be like the lawless wild west, and it will remain that way unless communities pull together to bring the crooks to account.

It seems from the onset that CM has gone to great length to hide and remain anonymous and their resent communications (which are minimal) only appear when there are signs that the community are gaining strength by organising themselves into an effective and possible treat.

I believe there was gentleman in this post that organised a website for posting of news and events for the pursuit of CM but I cannot find it at this time – maybe someone can dig that out and repost.

So as a constructive way forward I propose
•   The community establish a reliable hub of verified information (ie website as mentioned)
•   Create a registrar for expression of interest in contributing towards a fund to hire investigators and legal team
•   I suggest that as is the norm contributors to this fund are first in line to receive what is owed to them from recovered funds, the remaining then available to be distributed to non contributors
•   Funds are secured by trust third party escrow service or trust and released as directed by a committee formed from funds contributors
•   Action to continue until either
       o   CM fully operation
o   Or CM owners identified and funds recovered
•   No misdirection or promise made on behalf of CM will stop this pursuit until CM is fully operational

Suggested action for CM Devs
•   Daily communication on CM news site
•   Get the site up ASAP
•   If you fear for your safety – request protection from the relevant authority
•   Have that authority community with this community group for verification

I am not suggesting a lynch mob, just a organised community of affected persons that will put an end to all the mis information and hatred, with the end goal of providing a win / win for CM and its affected customers.

Who will create a simple 'Private Facebook Group' called something like -  CoinsMarkets Investors Litigation.
The admin of the group can easily ban any riff-raff that infiltrates, unlike Bitcointalk.
This will cut out the bullshit.

A great idea Isle of Groestl

I think a facebook page combined with a crowdfunding site to keep track of pledges would be a good start.
I suggest that one of the first items the group should be considering is offering a bounty for information on CM owners and staff. They are known - they have lives, friends, probably drink coffee and go to bars - so people know who they are and what they do. A bounty will assist to bring out this information so it can be passed to that countries fraud squad.

Everyone chill out. Coinsmarkets team know that they're going to get fucked if they steal our coins at this point. You just have to understand that the coinsmarkets team have always been inefficient and underdeveloped.

Also I really don't think they work on weekends hence what should've taken a few hours is taking a few "days" instead, but saturday and sunday aren't business days.

So... You still think they're coming back?

"Again delay due to hosting , we get to move again"

it's just saying, "please wait, while we cover our tracks"

it's been a month from now and i think coinsmarkets is nowhere to be found, probably the website is a scam at all.

probably because the condition is very bad indeed, so it happens,
if we are patient then we should wait until it is fully recovered

Literally NOTHING has changed in a month besides few "updates". Website looks IDENTICAL to what it was a month ago with the same errors popping out. And it looks like nobody here is capable of doing anything. They literally could write an update saying "we stole your money fuck off" and theres nothing anyone would do. Cringe threats about killing the cm owners like they re "mafia gangster serial killers" are worthless. Grow up,idiots.

I suggest  everyone here whos been affected by this situation to spread the information. Go to forums, twitter, youtube, reddit, etc. The more people know, the higher chance we will find someone capable of investigating the situation. It's been more than a month, enough. This much time should be considered as they stole the money.

The delay is not due to the hosting. The delay is due to no brain.

perhaps they will return, since the site is back up (atleast the homepage) though not functional.  let's give them a week or two and keep our fingers crossed.

I was one of the idiots who quietly kept patient, believing CM owners were incompetent fools but fools that were indeed trying to fix their problem, and that they would be back at some point. Then when they updated that trading would resume in a few hours, I honestly was happy lol. Then this happens, and I am starting to believe (cant believe it took me this long) the people calling it a scam are right. I have had experiences with shitbag scammers before in person, and BS excuses like this, always moving a deadline like this, without any other common sense actions or interactions, is pretty much stereotypical dirtbag scammer moves. I almost wish they would have just went offline a month ago without all these bs 'updates' to keep the 'hope alive'. Anyways, obviously I hope I am wrong, but after a month out, and the level of complete incompetence shown, and with this latest 'delay'.... Ive pretty much accepted reality at this point.
