If they really wanted to resolve the situation they would have by now.  People should file suit.

All this rubbish around domain is also in my opinion for distraction.
Nforce didn't turn off servers by the look of it, if they can publish updates in news section.
What is the problem to buy any domain and resume services while fixing issue with old domain?
All this fuss with some petitions.. WTF is that about? Cheesy
At this point doesn't matter how domain is named, right?
Unless domain barking is for distraction caused by CM to drag situation further.
yes these are all distractions

As the lawsuit can help us in this situation? Lawyers will block all funds.

I have been optimistic for a very long time since CM first stopped operations but I am losing my hope now. It seems now that they are just buying time ..  Angry Good bye, my coins.

No doubts it is only game to buy time and wait for situation to dissolve.

Best would be to report them to authorities in Netherlands, so servers will be seized.
That is the only chance (very small one) to recover coins at some point in future.

Roll Eyes So you report this as a scam to authorities and guess what happens? The owners can't fix this because they are investigated

If the coinsmarkets team wanted to steal you'd have never seen that coming and they would be gone forever. The FACT is they are trying to sort this but STUPID people are reporting this as a crime through every channel and pretty much destroying the chances of CM getting back up and running.

Every report of FRAUD, CRIME or SCAM is massive block to progress being made. Just think about that Huh

Yeah, and if they actually cared and planned on coming back, they would announce their progress elsewhere (like on twitter). It's not as if everyone of their customers uses the telegram or this forum. So, if their domain is on hold, how would most people who would just type "coinsmarkets.com" into their browser and don't know to manually enter the specific ip addresses supposed to see any updates? They're doing just enough to get people off of their backs. They're not acting like a legitimate business so the reasonable conclusion is that they'r not a legitimate business.

Have been following this since the site went down. It was my very first day using coinsmarkets when the site went down, only hours after I made my first deposit and trade, right as I tried to withdraw the coins I purchased. Like everyone else I have a significant amount of funds locked up in CM.

There are many different ways you can look at this, scam or no scam, but it really makes no difference in the end. The best thing for everyone to do is to just accept the fact that we've lost everything on CM, stop worrying about it, move on and focus on earning what you lost back. Check in once a week and maybe we get a really nice bonus at some point in the future if CM comes back online and we get our coins back.

I partially agree, of course we have to learn to consume potential loss, especially in crypto-world today.

I disagree with moving on without raising red flag to authorities at least to try chase down people behind CM.
Regardless if we recover funds or not, they should be chased.

Yep, legally or illegally. Negligence to  the fraudulence  causes another fraudulence.

CM asks you fools to stop spreading FUD. I think you should listen to them and let them do their work to get things running again. You are shooting in your own foot with all this stupid desperate behaviour. So keep your mouth shut, stop calling people just based on things you really don't know for 100% and show patience. If CM wanted to rob you, they would have done it already a long time ago.

How do you explain that my B3 address SNvTAjrL9t26ixhkpYuQMo6AWxd6YYmiNZ has 0 balance and actions on this address after 04 January when CM did not work but my screenshots show that b3 address had had more than 600000 coins before CM "did not robbed us"?

If you've bought B3 on CM it's normal when your balance is zero in blockexplorer.

If you've deposited it and never used for trading - time to worry about it.

I am sure if they do not return all coins to me and others, they will be worried walking on the streets.
