Maybe they found a new server and need to update the nameservers, but maybe they're gone forever!

clientHold
This status code tells your domain's registry to not activate your domain in the DNS and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, non-payment, or when your domain is subject to deletion.
Often, this status indicates an issue with your domain that needs resolution. If so, you should contact your registrar to resolve the issue. If your domain does not have any issues, but you need it to resolve, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code.

This status indicates that it is not possible to transfer the domain name registration, which will help prevent unauthorized transfers resulting from hijacking and/or fraud. If you do want to transfer your domain, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code..

I am very sure that they aren't trying to scam any of us, as they have been very honest with their users. They are trying their best to fix the problems that they are facing. Because of huge list of complaints, their hosting provider has denied to host their website anymore. That's kind of sad to hear, but unfortunately that happened due to their lack of communication with their users.

However, there is still some hope for the users because the coins in wallets seem safe until this day, and that's why calling them scammers without knowing their situations is really injustice. It might take them a little while to fix their site and transfer it to the new hosting provider.

Finally, hope is everything in life and in the world of cryptos.

Client hold is used loosely. Here it is as per Godaddy: CLIENT_HOLD — The registrar placed the domain name on hold, and it cannot be used.

They’re just migrating. It’ll be back up soon.

It may be that they have't actually renewed their domain? According to this:

https://support.tppwholesale.com.au/articles/reseller/Status-says-clienthold-how-to-remove-it

Quote
But my domain name doesn’t expire for another year?

When you perform a WHOIS lookup, you may notice an extra year on the expiry date. The Registry gives you an extra year to allow you to renew your domain name, even though the domain name has expired.

If the domain name is not renewed within a period (usually within 40 days of the expiry date) the Registry will remove the extra year and the domain name will be placed under Redemption Period status, or deleted entirely.

It sounds like some registrars automatically add on extra year during a sort of grace period, and if you don't actually renew during that grace period they'll remove the extra year.

The fact remains that if they were robbing us it would’ve happened on day one. Real fast. Doesn’t require weeks of bullshit maneuvering. This is crypto we’re talking about. Not oceans eleven. IF THE COINS ARE IN THE WALLET... THEY HAVENT STOLE SHIT. And the coins are indeed still in the same wallets. I don’t understand why people think it takes weeks to make off with digital coins.

Exactly, they could transfer all the coins from wallets on day one! Close the site and eliminate everything that anybody could use it to follow them! There is not such a "buying time or any bulshit like that"  if this was a scam, they had a plan and big period before start the work!
