The benefits of meditation is that it reduces stress, it will give us concentration to what we are supposed to do, it will encourage us to do healthy lifestyle, it will increase our self-awareness, it will increase our happiness, it will also increase our acceptance to the truth, it slows aging so we will not look older than our age. Through meditation we can improve our way of thinking and it will also help to be positive thinker.

Meditation can give people peace of mind, because meditation is a way to rest your mind of anything and enter into a state wherein you are one with the nature, many of us specially elders and martial artist masters are doing this to relax their mind and strenghthens their body and soul.
